Hi friends,
We are doing research on Black Money and it elimination,
can anybody guide me regarding any case law discussing the same from anywhere in the world, or in the alternative atleast some advice how to curb the same legally, where our law is wrong

We should try to compel the swiss bank to give us the list of indians along with balances of banks with them.The expenditure and investments of the Govt. Officials should be throughly scrutinized. We have to search the pimp who are big rackets for black money transaction. We have to compel the political parties to give their true and correct audited accounts. We have to stop the bribing.

1.Obtaine report from the Income Tax Office
of the raid and commercial office.
2.Raid report of commercial office.
3.Excise office.
4.Mines office.
5.Coal depot.
6.SVI office.
7.CBI economic offence wing.
Apart from this you may gather information from tribunal office of the state.
