Hi.I am 20 and I was in a relationship with a gal who is 23 from 3 months,we have been physical but recently it came to light that she is a sex worker and she agreed to it,but for 3 months she hadn't told me anything.so wen I got to know this I was no longer interested in her and I told her and left her. But now she is blackmailing me telling she will file a complaint against me if I don't marry her and she'll harm my family and friends and the problem is that I don't have any proof to prove that she's a sexworker so taking this as an advantage she is mentally torturing me.
Please give me an advice to get out of this problem

If you have not married her, do not worry about her threats, she cannot do anything to you, even if she files a complaint with the police, you tell the police that she is a sex worker and she is doing her business in the locality (some xyz locality) and also you can inform the police in advance that she is threatening you over the issue continuously, so that you will be safe.

You are 20 and start physical relationships? What is your education and income status? Is it not mere lust to enjoy the physical relation with woman who is older than you? Once you satisfied your lust, you are pretending that you are not aware of the fact that she is a sex worker. They work for money. As advised by Mr.Shroff pay her money and get rid of her. She is not interested in marrying you. Do not worry. Take your parents into confidence. They may scold you initially, but they will find out a way to get rid of her.

I wasn't aware of the fact that she's a sex worker it came into light only after 3 months.I've tried talking to her in all possible ways but she isn't listening all she says is she wants to marry me and I can't talk to cops as I don't have any evidence and the other reason being she's very influential

it was consensual sex . you never promised her marriage . refuse to marry her . make it clear that you never promised her marriage .
let her file police complaint . gather evidence of her being sex worker . engage a detective agency . dont make any commitments in writing .

She has changed her number from which she used to contact her clients and claims to have stopped that work so its very hard for me to get evidence now and she's threatening me that she'll file a rape and fraud case. Will that be possible? Because til date I never forced her for sex.

Let she lodge a case against you before the police, you take the help of a lawyer, appear before the police officer, make your stand clear,even after that if she is still insisting action against you, obtain an anticipatory bail and contest the case on merits.

it would not be rape . consensual sex is not rape . in order to prove that she is sex worker you would need evidence of the lady having engaged in sex for money .
change your cell no . dont entertain her calls . if she files case fight on merits

I have no way to prove that she is a sex worker as she's changed her number and claims to have stopped that work,and she has influence and money to corrupt the cops so that they will listen to what only she says and if I change my number she will come near my house and create issues.what is merits?

merits means fighting case filed by her . not paying any money . cops will record your statement in case she files complaint . deny that you had sex on pretext of marriage

If she files a case, engage a lawyer, defend yourself on merits. Take anticipatory bail after filing of FIR by her.

For the present, ignore her threats. Let her transmit the threats into action. Then you engage a lawyer and fight the case.
Since you are a middle class boy, she wants to extract some money from you. She is not interest in neither marrying you nor punishing you.
