Bmc partly taken action demolition and the offenders going to reconstruct the demolished portion

Respected Experts,
City Mumbai- non-declared slum area. I complained about illegal construction G+1 adjacent to my room on 23-04-2013. Designated officer (Assistant Engineer,Building & Factory) ignored the illegal work and allowed to complete 95%. There after on my follow-up with a Corporator,on 17-05-2013, the Assistant Engineer issued stop work notice U/s.354(A)(2)of the MMC Act. But even after the issuance of the said Notice the offenders finally covered the roof to the illegal construction. Thereafter on 14-06-2013 taken action of demolition in revenge of my complaint and 5% demolition taken without touching the roof.The hammers stricken in such a way that my roof destroyed and officers gone away.
Now the offenders continued to occupy the demolished floor and trying to fill-up the demolished patches.
I do not know what to do. Please provide me legal advice.My mother 87 years, Senior Citizen who is out of her home.

Immediately go to civil court and seek declaration and injunction against the neghbour and BMC.
