Bond service for doctors

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 15 August 2018 This query is : Resolved
This is something new query.
I did my MBBS from mumbai where I signed a service bond, but after completing my MBBS I went for my post graduation in other state. And I had signed a 3 yr service bond for PG in this state also.

Maharashtra govt gave a period of 6 years to complete PG. now I have completed my post graduation and want to know that by law n rules which service bond I should complete first ?

Anybody please reply to my query

Get both the bonds examined in detail to help you get proper advice. Without knowing terms of bonds, nobody may be able to guide you properly.

I endorse the expert opinion and advise of Sh. PS Dhingra, show the document of bond to a local prudent lawyer for analyses, opinion and guide.
Prima facie both the governments have a claim.

Pls don’t post as AQ and post with your ID and you can get many replies.
Your ID does not mean your email id or phone number and don’t post these also.

Apparently both states have provided education at reduced costs and may prefer a claim..
The Union/ Association of Doctors have contested many matters and have succeeded.
Doctors have contested many matters and have succeeded.
The doctors and associations have access to counsels that have been successful in such matters and have access to old/latest/new notifications....

Approach a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in civil matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..and show the case related docs etc etc for a considered opinion to handle any situation…properly.
Check for such counsels at LOCAL Civil Courts, HC,SC

The Doctors and associations can help you to approach such counsels in person..
Such counsels can advise after examining matter related docs and opine on your query and

even
if the said Bond in your matter per facts of the matter would be enforceable!
