A Private Sector Bank is returning Cheque with the reason " Refer to Drawer/Drawee and present Again"

This I know. Whether such reasons are allowed to be given? Whether 138 complaint will stand

Generally such remarks are not given by Banks.

The cheque is bounsed, send notice of dishonor.
