WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY BRANDED PRODUCT ?

HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM OTHER ?

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENT TO PROVE ANY PRODUCT BRANDED ?

IS BRAND NAME MUST BE REGISTRED ?

I carry out goodwill of your firm or company under which the product exists.The registered branded product is recogizable from unregistered product from marketng and advertising point of view.The registered product is protected by law under the Trademarks act 1999.It is not compulsory to registered your brand nane registered.Howevever you spent when you spent enormous amount for marketing and adverising you would notlike that your brandname being stolen by your rivals.
