Sir, I am a property broker in Mumbai . I have shown property for rent to one of my clients , who is the wife of a MD in a multinational company . AT first she said that she did not like the apartment and it her 3rd choice , but subsequently she told me if she likes , her administration people will negotiation the deal on her behalf . Now she has taken the apartment on rent , and is not picking up my phone . The apartment was shown at rent package of Rs 7.5 Lakhs . I have mails of all this conversation of property offered and inspected by here , also in the mail i had clearly mentioned about our brokerage to her that we would be charging the same to her personal or their company if she so wants . PLS ADVICE ON THE SAME .
