(Querist) 08 August 2015 This query is : Resolved
I am govt. employee having a house earned property. My two brother in laws have filed a case on five other brothers and mother asking for their share in ancestral property and my house saying that it is built by the income of ancestral property. I need help.
Advocate Bhartesh goyal (Expert) 08 August 2015
Your brother in law has no right to claim share in your ancestral property however your sister can claim.if questioned house is your self acquired property then your sister can not claim any share in that house.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 08 August 2015
The house is in youe name, it can not be claimed by your Brother in law.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 08 August 2015
Your sisters and brothers in law have no share and claim on your self earned property.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 09 August 2015
do not blame brother-in-law. no such claim can be filed unless your sister signs the application.
