I have property which I bought around 2013. I have home loan, with leading bank. I wanted a copy construction agreement. To my shock bank claims it does not have my construction agreement and they are asking to submit now.
Since the bank and builder had understanding and loan was sanctioned and disbursed, I was in impression that builder submitted the document to bank. Construction agreement is not registered in any registration office.
If the document is misplaced what is the legal process involved in getting construction agreement. Since I wanted to sell this property i wanted the title to be clear.
Is notary retains a copy of deed with him for record or not ?

My query is, my friend father expired last week, he has prepared will and given all the property to my friend, now my friend is nri he leaves in london. When he saw the will he noticed that the name in the will is his old name ( for going abroad he has changed his name) now as he his nir he have no document pertaining to old name
Now what he can do?
Sir Is it possible to register a property without the stamp paper. The document writer claims if the stamp duty fees are paid and mentioned in the sale deed document by the sub registrar, then its valid. No franking, no stamp paper, no estamping. Just deed on normal bond paper.

this is Jayagar Elango and I need Legal guardian certificate for my disable brother who is getting family pension of my ex service man father's. Both of my parents were died long back. We applied with all of the documents including death certificates of my parents and hership certificates, medical certificates and all. Also we got approval from the concern. But due to release pension now they are asking Legal guardian certificate issued by competent authority. How to apply and how many of days will it take to issued. Because we were trying this pension last 3 years. Will you please help me to get it.

My mother expired way back in the year 2009 due to jaundice in safdarjung hospital. At that time i was around 15 or 16 years of age. My father due to some personal problems and illness could not register the death of mother in time. Later, my father also expired in the year 2012. My relatives helped me in obtaining the death certificate of my father.
Now, i need the death certificate of my mother who expired in 2009. I have the slip received from the hospital regarding her death. I have searched the internet regarding the procedure and i found somewhere that I need to approach the magistrate of my area. Now, my query is how should i approach him and what is the procedure. Will i need to engage an advocate and if yes, how much will i need to pay him??

I have cheque give be buyer for property sell deed. date on cheque is 30-07-2018. Till which date cheque is valid to deposit in bank.
