My second question is if a person keep on asking information about already taken details can the organisation refuse to give and sue the person? If so on what grounds? Please advice.

Can anyone please provide

Whatever deeds drafting we follow in India are very archaic model which sounds like it was written by a Charles Dickens character! Can anyone in the fora provide some clue as to simple skeleton format of Consultanting Agreements. Is anyone happy to share a basic i) consultant-to-client- ii) consultant-to-sub contracted consultant agreement which works in the education sector?

Any offers of early help would be greatly appreciated as always.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Transfer of property or contract law

Whether power of appointment/nomination includes power to revoke?

If a person is given power (by way of a deed) to appoint or nominate any person of his choice, whether that power is enough to revoke an already appointed person? Pls give opinion in this regard with judgments.
