Sir,
I have a driving license to drive two-wheeler issued in the state of Goa in 2009. However, I have now shifted to Kerala and am a permanent resident here. I am intending to take a license for driving four wheeler. Since, the original license (two wheeler) is issued in Goa, I am told that its not possible to add a class of vehicle to existing driving license in Kerala. Please advise what can be done in this case to avoid holding two different driving license issued from two different states for driving different class of vehicles.

Soon I'm going to face interview for the post of Assistant professor in commerce for aided college in Maharashtra. As per UGC minimum qualifications required is Master degree (Mcom)+ NET or PhD. (I have Mcom, NET, PhD).
As I have completed my graduation in Bachoer of Business Management (BBM). I am looking court judgement on equivalency of BBM (3 yr regular degree under the faculty of Commerce & Management) will be treated as equivalent to B.com (3 yr regular degree under the faculty of Commerce & Management).
It's humble request kindly help me in this regard.

Sir A stamp vendor issued Rs. 20 stamp paper to a person. That person gave me an agreement on that paper reg a lease of my small building. In the stamp paper there is Stamp vendor name address seal licence No. date of issue sl. No of the paper n party name etc. After due verification of the genuines of the stamp paper with district registration officer he hasgiven me information n monthly sale details of the stamp vendor. I come to know from this that the stamp paper has not issued in the name of to the person sold to. The stamp vendor himself accepted In his monthly statement of sales details . For ex. SV showed the stamp paper as sl. No. 985. But In his monthly return he himself states that he has sold to buyers from sl. No. 644 to 856. I request the experts to take precautionay steps should I take action now itself against the stamp vendor n the agreement given person. Kindly advice Sir

Hi, PAN number mentioned on MTR form 6 (challan) issued against stamp duty payment has been incorrectly printed. All the other details like property address and name are correct.
As PAN number on MTR form 6 has been mentioned as optional will it have any issue?
Do I need to correct this? If yes can you guide me on procedure for the same?

We have formed association (elected the Committee members) as on 05 May 2019, based on that we bought stamp paper 01 Jul 2019 and registered association as per TN society act 1978,While we initiated the bank account creation the legal team raised concern on association form date which earlier than Stamp paper date.
is there any legal issue on the same , if yes what is the solution on the same

Dear All,
My name is Suresh from Hyderabad.
Just Iam going to take/enter in one registration of property(house) and sanction the home loan also, that property owner (mother) has passed away and her legal heirs(4 sons) are going to be register the property to me.
Actually issue is, they have obtained affidavit for legal heirs from local advocate and they don't have legal heir certificate from MRO/Court.
They have tried in MRO office but they said will not provide for private employees and they don't want to go with court because it is time taking process and also sub register is accepting the registration with Affidavit.
Now If I cancel the deal it will effect on my advance etc. and it will be big issue if they approach to court. My situation is very critical and I can't come back.
Rest of all the documents are clear.
Please suggest can we go for registration.
Is there any alternative option other than legal heir certificate which is reducing the risk after registration.
In between we have third person(My relative) , he knows about vendor very well from many years.

Need format of up rera tribunal appeal reply
Hi,
I have to submit reply of Appeal filed by builder's lawyer in Tribunal court Lucknow. Since it's a new court so I am not aware about the format required for preparing reply of appeal.
So I need to know that, is their any specific format of reply,
a) If there is specific format required to reply then please provide me that format.
b) If no specific format required then please let me know what things I should remember during writing reply.
