Daughter's right in the property owned by mother.

Sir,
My mother have a House property in her name which was originally transferred from her father in law i.e. my grandfather(Ancestral property)and divide the such property in my three brothers under a will, but with GPA in their respective names in which my mother is transferor and my brothers are transfree. In the will it is mentioned that after my death such property belongs to her three sons(Floor wise),it also contains that any of her legal heirs if have any objection can claim upon it. I didn't get any share in such property. One of my brothers accepted the token money of his floor, despite my mother is still alive. Now I either want to stop him from doing so or want my share in his property share from him. Please suggest me how can I proceed against him.

We are 3 brothers/4 sisters. There is a registered will from my mother in my name registered in 2004 with 2 witnesses. My mother passed away in 2005. I didnt transferred the property in my name till yet. My brothers have shown some sign of interest in this property, as they are unaware of the registered will. Its a freehold property. 1.)Can i transfer the property in my name by mutation?? 2.
) After mutation, if the property is transferred in my name, can i sell it??
Kindly advice.

Using information from the internet for a listing site

I am making a free listing website for restaurants in Bangalore. As such I am asking for information from these restaurants where I will be posting details such as address, contact number, restaurant pictures etc. on my website, for no charge (free). Some of these restaurants haven't replied to my queries. Can I directly obtain information from the Internet regarding the same and post it on my website? Can there be any legal consequences for this?

Injunction order denial.

Hello,

We have a joint property of grandfather and it consists of Rice mill. We have a injunction order against property, suddenly our uncle tried to demolish the rice mill and have a road in between it back to his property, when we try to consult the police inspector even DSP he says that it is a civil case they can't involve.

Is this the law? if they are trying to demolish the joint property police can't help us? what are the charges for denial of court injunction order.

If that is the case then please tell me what to do? how can I get the permission from court to have police involvement? how much time it will take to do so, as It takes really very long time, by that time they have demolished and have road.

Thanks and regards,
Farooq.
