I Have already produced a film in Video with the title "Bajrangi Bhaijan yahan per hai" with totally different character, different duration, different story. It will be telecast on youtube not in the cinema. Can i Do it.

Trademark query

Respected Experts,

FACT: Trade Mark

Mr. A wants to register a Particular Trademark say : ALANKAR “ which has been already registered by Mr.B and Mr.C in the Same Class. Mr. A is a Family Member / Relative of Mr.B and Mr.C.


Query:
Now, the issue is Mr. A wants to register his Trademark anyhow, so whether it is Possible to register his Trademark after taking NOC from Mr.B and Mr.C?
If “Yes” then Please Provide me with any Particular Format of NOC if Available.
If that Solution is not possible then please suggest any alternate Solution.

Redevelopment of our society

Hello,

I want some suggestion as to what I can do In the given below Situation.

I locate in chembur have an ownership flat of 470 carpet area. 4 yrs ago one builder from kalyan had approached us and he stated to give 50% extra carpet area, one parking, n some corpus amount. we agreed we that without consulting to any lawyer we signed the consent letter, after 1 yrs from there MOU was also asked to be signed we signed those trusting our secretary and chairman. now when we are asking for a copy of MOU they refuse to give and state us that u can come and read but we will not get the copy. then we went to enquire to other people n soo on we also approched lawyer/solicitor they said society has to give you all the docs. but since society chairman and secretary are faulting on as no tendering is done, no appointment of pmc is done. and no other proper details regarding the Redevelopment is given to us. We send secretary, chairman , registrar notice regarding the same as. after that an urgent meeting was been called by society n secretary torched us , threatened us to take back the notice and let the redevelopment happen or else he will throw us out of the house and also our house would not be given to us. He says since no body has objection with the redevlompent y only you? you cannot do anything we are not answerable to you or your lawyer. and also they have called registrar for doing shooting thing tomorrow.


My question is as we are alone fighting as nobody from our society is ready to support can we alone fight we want our property to be safe what measures has to be taken as we have signed the consent & mou without having proper knowledge & also received some 1 lac rs. of corpus.
also we are forced to say yes for redevelopment to registrar. more over we are not financially as strong as builders are or the other society member as my father is just common man working in a shoe shop having nominal income of 10-15k
PLZ PLZ PLZ help me. i just want to secure my house.

Claims against will

if a grandfather makes a will of his self acquired property on the name of his granddaughter 8 yrs old ( daughter's daughter)
and he has no son but three daughter. can another daughter claims the property after his death.

Business name

Respected Experts,

I am running a sole proprietorship business & also running such for last 5 yrs. but i do not have any website.

now i am finding a co. probably incorporated in England is running their business by the same name & that is a limited co.

In India No such named co or llp or website exist & also no trade mark i have found in that name.
so now what i can do - because in future it may create problem in our expansion.
pls answer,

Cancelation of lease

Dear Sir
There are 4 directors in my company, I am one of them.
In year 1995 I gave my land for rent for 30 years.
Now I want discontinue this agreement, because some term not in my favor, like if company fail to repay loan of bank, the bank can sale my property & recover his money. I agreed on faith by mistake.
Now I want cancel this agreement, but a director who signed this agreement is refusing.
Our of 4 director, 1 director is with me & I am also director.
Can I cancel this agreement , if any 1 director sign on stamp?
Or what is procedure to cancelation?
Please help me

Taking 2 year old MHADA property

I want to take a MHADA property which is 2 years old. What all documents needs to be verified before considering this proposal? As I need to be quite sure that the property will only belong to me and no one else can claim once I purchased the flat.

Getting separate land passbook

Hi Sir,
My father and his brother are cultivating the land separately .But whole land passbook was acquired on name of his brother only.So my father want to get the individual land book legally.HOW?
