In Legal Heir certificate issued by Muncipal Authoraties the name of death person mentioned worng (ex: venkaiah as venkulu). It is necessary requies to rectify the mistakes what is the procidure
If purchased property any complications arise in future without rectify the error

Dear all,
I'm a lawyer from Bangalore and need to know whether a tenant will get the ownership of a flat under any Act in Maharashtra is they have been staying on rent in that premises for more than 50 years?? The subject property is in Mumbai.
Also the tenant who is staying now is the grandson of the first tenant. the grandmother is no more. Will the grand mother or the grandson will get the ownership of the premises, if indeed the premises were to delve upon the tenant.
Please also tell me the relevant laws that will be applicable to such a case.

Dear Sir,
My uncle is having a house in chennai.
property owner adjacent to his house
had demolished my uncle's wall and
constructed his property.
My uncle filed a case in court in chennai
seeking him to demolish his property and
construct a fresh wall.
Could you please advice us for the further steps.

i want to know that how a person of indian origin can purchase the property in india or book a flat in india and what will be the mode of payment i.e cheque or transfer or any other mode or there is any requirment of approval of any Govt. Aurhority /deptt.

Which documents are required to sell property of deceased who has left no will and has left behind wife and daughters married and unmarried. And where can the above cited documents be applied for and what is the procedure/time taken/cost involved.Are these documents required for taken loan against property.

Dear Sir,
1)What Act applies to property which has been occoupied by Tenants for years.
2)Tenants are rich people with other properties whereas Landowners are in need of augumenting their income.
3) Can a suit/application for eviction be filed against Tenants?
