Students are forced to participate in a commercial activity

This is to help a student. She is doing a diploma for Air Hostess training from a Mumbai based institute. Last week institute held a seminar on the name of Customer Interface Program and asked students to signed a letter that they are agree to participate.

Now they are sending students to various junior colleges to target their future students. They asking students to promote institute and collect personal data, and that too during their board examination paper. They don’t have permission to perform this activity from respective jr. colleges hence students are not allowed to enter the premises and standing outside the premises for more than 5-6 hours to collect the data. Institute has also threatened them that if they will fill wrong data then a certificate will not be provided.

Institute has not provided any facility for this activity as well as they are also not allowing to wear Institute's ID card. 12th student & their parents are objecting to this activity. They are behaving rude.

When she complained and refused to participate and told that "This is a commercial activity and has hidden agenda to use students to promote institute & search for future students. We were not supposed to bear all this, we have paid you to teach us and not to use us for commercial activity, I will participate only if it would have purely education purpose."

Institute has sent her a letter saying you have signed a letter, you have also signed student agreement at the time of admission and you are bound to participate in this activity else institute will provide a certificate. Please suggest what she can do here.

Please suggest

Regarding education loan

Respected Sir/Madam

This is to kindly inform you that I Bharat Bhushan had taken an education Loan of Rs.1,20,000 from SBI in 2005 (for MBA completed in 2007) on basis of joint account at the name of (Bharat Bhushan S/o Sh. Harish Chander).
Due to some serious problem (physical issue) I was not be able to pay back and bank has made the total near 3 Lac(with interest) till Jan2019. Now as bank is pushing me for settlement and I also want the same even financially not very well.
So, I paid a total of Rs.1,50,000 on 30-01-2019 as per bank's instructions under OTS scheme before 31-01-2019 and full commitment of the bank Managers was to provide me the NOC at the same time of making payment.
But now the Bank Manager is asking for some time to complete the procedures of the Bank and providing the NOC in 1-2 days.
So, Please guide me regarding this.
I will be thankful to you for this act of kindness.
Regards,
Bharat Bhushan

Case against college

I gave my exam in 2018 but my result was withheld stating that my practical marks was not uploaded online, as per the University whereas the college wants to escape saying that my marks was sent offline and the University mismanaged it. Again they wanted to put blame on me saying that I didn't fill the form online which is totally wrong. Now because of this blame game my result is withheld since a year. Now the college asked me to take the exam again.
What should I do?

Rg: how to become a judge in court of law

Good Morning to All,

Am a chartered accountant. i don't have any Degree (like B.com, BA, BSC etc). i would like to become a judge in civil court. as per my knowledge to become a Judge, first i should get myself enroll as a advocate in any state roll. To become advacate in state roll, i should get a law degree from recognaised universities (under 24(1)(c) of advocates act 1961).

my question is,

1) how many years it takes to become an advacate (since i don't have any degree) ?
2) is Qualification of Chartered accountant will treated as equivalent to Degree ?
3) can i complete, this law degree in distance mode ? Note: my ultimate object is to become a judge in court of law.
