Hi
I am now 3/3 student, Once I get, enrolled as a Advocate, but before clearing All India Bar exam, in that duration, What I can do / Cannot do As a Advocate ? If any one one from recent AIBE passouts, help me.
This expect atleast 1 year, after enrollment.
Any Rules , Links are appreciated, so that, I can go through.

Environment being our only home needs to be chastened.The only way to make it so is to make it what it is supposed to be "lush green" with ofcourse crystal clear water bodies. As humans we are not doing any help but constantly degrading our home.
And i am done watching devastation around. I am an engineering student working in energy sector to harness pollution free energy. Being done with everything going wrong with my home makes me sick.
I have decided to legally sue these mercyless fools and save environment with best of my efforts. And for that i want to practice environmental law.so can i pursue any law course which would help me catering my intentions? Llb would be much hectic and time consuming. Other than llb, is there any course of less time period to become lawyer?

sir, is a public trust can do activity like organize Ganesha utsav navratri utsav ? where they register themselves as trust for social,educational,awareness and charity purpose and can they eligible to collect money from common people in the form of chanda? is act allow to any trust to organize any cultural program ?

I wanted to know if rs 50 and rs 100 stamp paper works for the same purpose. An affidavit for UGC Scholarship strictly adviced to be given on RS50 paper.. If it is given on Rs100 stamp paper wouldn't it work as the same

I am law graduate. After completion of my 3yrs Bachelor of Arts graduation (B.A), I have completed my 3yrs LL.B from same university under same registration No. During the last semester of LL.B I have taken admission of M.A in an other university through "DISTANCE MODE" as its eligible criteria was B.A graduate. And I have taken outward-migration certificate by showing my B.A PASS CERTIFICATE. Now after completion of my LL.B I have taken admission of LL.M in an other university through "REGULAR MODE" and here also I need outward-migration certificate and I applied for that by showing LL.B PASS CERTIFICATE. But the university does not want to give me the migration certificate again which I have applied for regular P.G course(LL.M). I tried to make them understand the fact why I need the migration certificate again but the official refused to accept the fact of double graduation i.e 3yrs. B.A and 3yrs. LL.B graduation and they retain my original Registration Certificate. Please, advise me what should I do in a legal way to get my migration certificate? Is there any fault at my side related to pursue two P.G degree simultaneously in distance and regular mode combination? If I cann't able to submit the migration certificate, my LL.M admission will be cancelled.

I got� �Physically and mentally Assaulted(&)ragged��by seniors� � � I am Dheeraj Nimmagadda, a student of UG 1st year economics got beaten by some seniors AbdulGuffer & Sohail Mahummad Ansari �of our department on 1st october night. let me inform you that 2 seniors of our department beat me and few other supporters of bussiness school #BBA Department
due to Unsounded behavior towards those� seniors .I agree that i havent cared them in seniors few people.due to their behaviour� But you can ask the seniors� people and teachers of class .Behavior of me and please let me know you one thing Mam until now to�

Incidents that they� marked to beat me�

later on after some time i said them that using the words bro i didn't said to you� be cool ..then he asked my Room no i said B block B30 when i was in my room they came front of the door and� said me to come out� then i said you come in bro.��
then they started beating me....in� showing senior ism with me and i got frightened be seeing those people came with a gang and friends are trying to stop and they punished� my friends��
*and i was been clam i havent raised my voice they beating me again� and� due escape from this fight and i said sorry� �and� they called me out then to i got frightened� i said no i wont come� after long time �they called me out forcefully� �
And started to saying about this University� and how the seniors are powerful and they said you might� be think about to Complain About us� to the department and to the Vice Chancellor�
they cant� do they thing in this University� if they might to only they will suspend for one week nothing more then that

Educational loan EMI claim
Dear sir/madam,
I have applied for education loan of 5 lac for my daughter in 2013. I am the MOTHER and Every month an intrest of 999rs for the first installment gets deducted from my account . As of this year 2018 an EMI of 12000 started getting deducted.it is a joint account of my daughter and husband.I am registered as only the third party guarantee on the loan annexure. And since I am paying the EMI I want to claim the income tax benefit. Can I as a mother claim the income tax benefit?? I contacted the bank for an account statement but it only shows my husband and my daughter's name and since my daughter was a minor at the time of taking loan. It only shows that money gets deducted from my account to my husband account.( Can I use the EMI payment for income tax benefit?. If not y???)
