Can any one help me in downloading free sample papers of past 10 years of Delhi Judiciary and Haryana Judiciary exams in pdf form or if anyone having, kindly provide.
Please advise as i have only marksheets of all three years of LLB degree and degree certificate is yet to be obtained from University so am i eligible to apply for judiciary exams or to wait till the receipt of degree certificate.
Also please confirm the eligibility except qualification to appear for judiciary exams.

An accident occurred to us during the year 2014.my friend made the accident.He dashed against a ice cream vehicle.but the seller of that vehicle was not harmed.i was with him at that time ,the police charged us with IPC 308,279,337,188.. We got bail from the sessions court after 3 days.its been 2 years since we didnt received anything from the court.so i applied for the passport now.i didnt mentioned anything about that case in the passport application form.will it be a problem..?

My friend is an advocate, recently enrolled in State bar council, also paid subscriptions to local bar council but no vakalath. He is practice Tax consultant (not a govt.) since 2015 onwards.
1) He is fit or not for filing of vakalats / civil, criminal suits?.
2) He is interested joining to member of Tax bar association
3) He is continue to both i.e bar council member and Tax bar association eligble or not? submission of IT returns and Civil/criminal suits

Sir i have joined pg diploma course in may 2014 and completed in may 2016. In admission prospectus it is written that within 1 month after the announcement of final exam university has to send list of students to director medical education and within 3 months of getting list from university DME/ state government has to release joining order...
Now our exam date notification came on 4.4.2016 and my tenure completed on 14.5.2016...
And our joining order came on 9.9.2016..
But the counseling for the choice filling was on 23 july 16...
My question is can my bond automatically nullified because according to the prospectus between exam date notification and service joining order date more than 3 month have been passed..
