Re: change in signature? is there any procedure?

Dear Sir's,

In the company where I work the director of the company wants to change his signature for some personal reasons as his current signature is very much complicated and he wants to make/change into simple signature? Is there any procedure?

Whether the director of the company needs to make an registered notarized affidavit to submit it to any relevant authority? or whether he has to issue public notice in newspaper for that purpose?

Kindly advise.

Termination of employment

I am working in MNC( IT sector) . I joined in this company on 25 july 2022. Around 6 months back, Due to delayed delivery of project, my supervisor asked me search job outside. But i did not accept. Recently he initiated performance improvement plan (PIP)and planning to terminate my service if expectations are not met. My query here is that 1. Will the employer issue termination notice if my performance is not as expected? 2. In between my supervisor finding the ways to terminate on basis of misconduct. He is shouting in meetings at me in front of people for minor things, still I am keeping quiet. Is the employer has right to terminate on basis of misconduct during performance improvement plan? Because my supervisor is finding ways to terminate as soon as possible. Please advice.

Thanks

How to track a cheating spouse

Relationships are built on trust, love, and open communication. However, there are times when doubts and suspicions creep into our minds, causing emotional turmoil. Discovering suspicion in a relationship can leave us feeling lost, confused, and even betrayed. It's important to address these feelings and find a way to either rebuild the trust or gather concrete proof to confront the issue head-on. While trust is the foundation of any relationship, sometimes our instincts tell us something is amiss. Recognizing the need for concrete proof becomes crucial when suspicions arise. It's not about snooping or invading someone's privacy, but rather about finding peace of mind and ensuring the relationship is based on honesty and transparency. In such cases, seeking the assistance of professional services, like Cybernet Surveillance, can provide a way to uncover the truth with undeniable evidence. Cybernet Surveillance was successful in giving me good evidence from my cheating wife by hacking into her phone and she did not even notice because of the tools involved. I saw all her nude videos sent to other men. Cybernet Surveillance have brought me peace. You can contact them on email; CYBERNETSURVEILLANCE @ MAIL .
