if asking any question with witness, the witness denies in every suggession, what is the use of asking these questions as suggession and how we get benefit of these suggession when it is denied?

is the district court of calcutta bound by a judgement of high court of delhi or will the citation of that judgement will have only persuasive effect? please refer the relevant articles also.

i want to know that can a law firm can advrtise through posters or pamplets, as they are advertising through website? can it is an offence as per advocates act, see the doctors are also advertising there nursing home though it is not allowed then why can;t we, i need some suggestions

Right to Information Act
My client missed his driving license issued by the RTO.
To get Copy of the same, his friend initiated steps by asking the RTO under RTI Act producing the name and address of my client to know my client is having valid license or not.
He received a reply letter from the RTO office that my client not possess license on the file of the said office.
After a month, my client find his driving license in a file.
My client want to teach a lesson to the official of the concerned office.
What is the remedy for my client now?
