A married man and girl with the love without any kind physical relation [only telephonic love some time used to meet]for the last six month they were in relation during the said time both exchanghed sms many time like words i love u some sayari[words stating the loves in poetic mood] now girl married anyother place and forget the that man now any person told to a police that they both [married man and girl] have such type relation now police harass the man and threat to him to recover the all details from the m obile company of the sms and telephone pls inform the procedure to take the such type of details from the police or what kind of the defence

Criminal P.C.(2 of 1974),s.436-Bail by police-Magistrate does have jurisdiction to order furnishing of fresh bail bounds ?

One person was arrested U/s 307 of IPC he was granted bail on the condition that he has to attend police station every day. Now almost 3 months have passed. The lawyer informed him that once the chargesheet will be filed he wil not be required to daily go to police station. But Yet the charge sheet is not filed. My question is from when he will not be required to go to the police station is there any other remedy to the person.

Dear All
Cheque deposited in SBI Patna branch under core banking for credit to the account of the company with SBI Ranchi branch. Cheque payment stopped by drawer. Cheque along with return memo returned by SBI Patna branch by registered post at the Head Office of the company situated at Ranchi.The cheque was given by the party for the services provided by the company through its office situated at Patna.
Now I seek your advice whether we shold file case under section 138 NI Act either at Patna court or at Ranchi court. Where the cause of action arisen.
Please reply with citations if any.

OUR LAWYER DID NOT EXHIBITED IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS IN THE TRAIL COURT THOUGH FILED DURING THE COURSE OF VARIOUS HEARINGS AND ALSO THE SESSION COURT DID NOT CONSIDER.NOW WE HAVE MOVED TO HIGHCOURT THRU IA AFTER FILING CRIMINAL REVISION U/S 391 READ WITH 401 TO ENTERTAIN THE DOCUMENTS ALREADY ON RECOERD.
CAN YOU ALL EXPERTS SUGGEST SOME DECISIONS OF SC OR MPHC ENABLING TO QUOTE.TKS

We have put complaint against Cheque Bouncing of Rs. 45 Lakhs unfortunately the Order came against us in Magestrate Court. We went to High Court where our case was not Admitted. Whether we can file again in High Court to another bench or we have to go to Supreme Court. If Supreme Court then can you suggest who will be best Law Firm to fight our case.

HELLO ALL EXPERTS,
I FILLED THE CRA FOR THE HONDA WHICH WAS USED IN THE PROHIBITATION OFFENCE SECONE TIME ALTHOUGH THE FIRST CASE IS ALREADY DISPOSE OF BY THE WAY OF ADMITTING THE LOWER COURT REJECTED THE SAID MATTER ON THE SAID GROUND SO I PREFERED THE REVISION INTO THE SESSION COURT BUT THE SAID HONDA IS HYPOTHICATED WITH THE BANK SO THERE IS WE HAVE ONLY ZEROX OF RC BOOK PP PRESS ON THE POINT AS I NOT JOINED THE BANK AS PARTY SO AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE NOC FROM THE BANK AND WILL BE PRODUCED IN THE COURT THROUGH THE PURSIS
BUT APP DOES NOT ALLOW I THINK THERE IS NO PROVISION FOR THE JOINING PARTY OR AMENDMENT IN THE PLEADING WHAT I SHOULD DO ?

If RTI is denied what can be the next step. In my case there was one complaint filed, based on which statements were taken from both the sides, later the compliant was withdrawn. After one month another complaint was filed then a FIR is registered based on the second complaint.
I require all information regarding the first complaint, and the reasons for withdrawal and the statement copies. since this is a complaint that was withdrawn already can police refuse RTI citing that it will hamper investigation as per sec7 of RTI.
The FIR which was registered based on second complaint doesnot accompany any statements or other documents.
If RTI denied, I have proceedings pending in family court, when can I ask the family court to give directions to police for giving me the criminal case papers,
Please clarify.

in a dangerous position
Today I am in a dangerous position where all my salary goes to repay the loan in different banks. I am paying almost 38000/-as EMI in different banks. I asked to the banks giving me a break from paying the EMIs. No banks are accepting my query and says that ECS can't be stopped.
Could you please let me know how do I login the below complaints/ If i login these complaint will it affect my career?
1. One Bank offered me a loan without in need of any urgency for money.
The bank said to me that they will open a new account and put the loan amount to this account. So it will not count on your loan summary. I was felt doing something wrong, but I fell on their soaping and agreed to take the loan. I have taken this amount as a loan only because of their frequent calls from for selling the loan though I don't have in need of taking the money.
2. The same Bank has given me two credit cards without my consent and I paid the amount Rs 8000/- for credit card bill which i have never used.
Once after my loan got sanctioned, I have received a call that asking what is your mother's name and then after few days I have received two credit cards on in my name and other one is in my mother's name, she is passed away 16 years back. I have never used this credit card, but after a month i have received credit card bill and asking me to pay the money. They keep on sending me the bill every month. One day I got a threatening call from this bank and says that he is calling from legal division and my name they are going to put in defaulters list. He asked me to go to the bank immediately and pay the amount. For avoiding this I went to bank and paid the amount 8000/- and logged a complaint that refund the money which I have paid for the creidt card which I have never used. Still I have not received any response on my complaint.
3. I need atleast one year break from paying the EMIs in differnt banks and after a year I will close all the loans.
Again I have keep on receiving a call from some other bank as I said to them that I have already a loan, though they offered me a loan.
But I unfortunately they all got sanctioned. Today I was in a dangerous position where all my salary goes to repay the loan in different bank. I am paying almost 38000/- as EMI in different banks. I have not approached to any bank for a loan,except one bank, but they keep on calling to go for a personal loan . So that I forced to take the loan from different bank eventhough with out any need for the money. But today my life is something for paying the loan amount. I will pay all my commitments, but I need atleast one year break to complete this. I want to go back to the life which I was really enjoying with out any financial commitment to the bank. today I am not in a position to think freely, because i am guilt to God that I have broken the commitment which I had before God.
