Acquitted from crpc 420

Sir/Madam,
I am acquitted from CrPC 420 in Chennai metropolitan court recently. May I know what's the time period for appealing to high court by the opponent? How will I know if opponent went for appeal? will I get summon from high court or any other notification from opponent lawyer?

Crpc 340 perjury disposal

Hi I read that there is a bombay HC direction that says that application filed for perjury under crpc 340 must be disposed first (within 2 months). Does anyone have a copy of this direction and/or any ref material for this? Thanks

Expedite 340

I have a strong case under crpc 340 and have 3 separate petitions for this. How does one show urgency to convince the court to assign a higher listing number? I am also a cancer patient but I don't think the court took that into consideration.

Removal of thiruthani inspector is a must.

1. Thiruthani Inspector, c martin premraj killed a person in vellore district.
Case No.5/2015 176 Cr.PC is pending lodged in Vellore central Jail.

2. C martin Premraj, again arrested for deer hunting & lodged in Palayamkottai jail.
Case No.122/2015 under section 9 of wildlife act 1972.

3. PR No.61/2018 is pending against Inspector, c martin Premraj.

Suspended in 2015.

But he joined as Inspector of Police After filing a writ Petition in the chennai high court.

After a demonstration under the leadership of a leading lawyer in Ponneri Taluk against Inspector c martin premraj, he was transferred to Thiruthani station.

He files false cases against the complainants.

How to remove him.the post is big question?

He is going to retire on 2.6.2025.

Accused not finding

I have filed Private Criminal Case for offence u/s 420, 468, 34 of IPC. Court has issued summons/warrant to accused no. 1 to 3.
Accused no. 3 has appeared but 1 and 2 has not been finding on there regular address. Actually, they are absconding. I didn't able to locate them.
Can I continue case against them as ex-parte or its mandatory to me to get them to court.
What legal remedies are available to me otherwise ?

Objection u/s crpc 204(2)

While filing a private complaint u/s IPC 406 and 420, list of witnesses was not filed as the offence was not of a physical nature. Accused thereupon preferred Criminal Revision Application in District Court. Counsel of the accused raised the objection u/s CRPC 204(2) that Issue Process was initiated in absence of List of Witnesses.
1. Whether filing of List of Witnesses is mandatory?
2. What are the solutions to this problem? Any land mark Supreme Court Judgement upholding the validity of Isse Process even without List of Witnesses ?
