what is the legal procedure to remove Secretary of the society under karnataka co op societies act ?

.Mr. Vasant sold his land bearing Sy.No: 140 to Ramappa. Thereafter he sold one more land 141 to Somappa. both lands are abutting to each other. Ramappa put in possession of the land sold according to the boundaries mentioned in his sale deed, but unfortunately the boundaries mentioned in the sale deed are belongs to Sy.NO: 141. In the same way Somappa's boundaries are belongs to Sy.No: 140. Now somappa is claiming the land of Ramappa who is in actual possession of the land as of his own based on the survey number what he purchased.
What will be the remedy ?

In a partition suit, the defendants who are in possession of the landed properties, intended to dragon the matter with an intention to enjoy the yield of the Landed properties. What action would be taken by the Plaintiff ? Can he appoint Court commissioner ?

the adoption took place in the year 1970, but there is no records. After 30 years of the said alleged adoption, the deed of adoption is registered by the adopted son before the registering authority. whether it is permissible under law ?

Mr A after the demise of his first wife he got married another woman B (60 years) the widow of C who was having already two male children settled in different counters. After the Marriage Mr A purchased property in the name of his second wife as his wife. Subsequently she died. The Children born to her first husband claims the property of their mother who her second husband purchased. whether is it permissible

Sir, In an FDP proceedings the Respondents refused to take the court summons and on the day fixed did not appear before the Court. they placed exparte and then the court was pleased to passed an order on I.A U/o 26 Rule 10 of CPC by allowing it and Court commissioner was appointed. Subsequently on board application the Respondents filed IAs to set aside previous order as well as recall order of appointment of court commissioner under Sec 151 of CPC.
whether court can recall its own order passed under order 26 rule 10 of CPC

Mr X purchased the land from Y believing that, Y perfected his title by way of adverse possession against original owner A of the land. Subsequently X filed a suit for declaration against Original owner A.
whether the suit is maintainable.
whether Mr X can take such plea

Regular appeal against the pa holder.
Sir/s, The suit filed by the Plaintiff came to be decreed in the trial court. in fact, the said suit was filed through PA holder of the Plaintiff. The aggrieved defendant after lapse of 6 years he prefers an appeal against the PA holder of the Plaintiff. Whether the appeal is maintainable against the PA holder of the Plaintiff/Respondent ?
