Dear experts,
After amalgamation of two companies after approval of BIFR for how many years BIFR or any monitoring agency is responsible for looking after feasibility of amalgamation scheme i.e. about rights of employee or revival/profitability of transferor company (now working as a division of transferee company) is going on as defined at the time of amalgamation.
Can this information be asked from BIFR under RTI act after 8 years of amalgamation of two companies by an employee of transferor company.

Hello Everybody!Please help me.My father has 6 brothers including him.Around 12 years ago
our ancestral property was divided into 2 equal parts.And each part is shared by three brothers.Also we have registry.Now my father and his brothers who own another half part want to sell their share of property but another 3 brothers who illegally occupy our much of our property, refuse to vacate it and also challenge us that court will not give judgement in our favour,if we file a case against them.So please help me in finding a solution of this problem.Thanks in advance.

hello sir,
i have given rs.50,000 to a person.Then he had given me a cheque of rs.50,000. this had been done 6 months ago.
now i have presented the cheque in bank, it has been bounced because there is no sufficient balance in his account.
now how should i take action on him. i dont have any other evidence except the cheque which he had given. i gave the money to him without any interest. based on which section i should take action on him?

Hi All,
My paternal uncle died in 2004 and my aunt (uncle's wife) died in 2009 intestate. They had no children. We are children of my uncle's 4 brothers, all of them died before him. My Grand parents are also died long back. The LA is grant in favour of one of my cousin brother.
My question is:
1. Do we have need to open separate bank account for settling his estate?
2. His flat will be going for re-development and the developer has shown interest in buying the flat. Do we have to take one single cheque for consideration from developer in the name of my cousin or developer can issue separate cheques in the name of each heir?
Please advise.

Hello Experts,
I filed custody petition and since then opposite party is not giving written statement. Every time application asking for submitting reply on next date. Even judge keeps on accepting the same. Last time i protested a bit in front of judge that every time lawyer keeps on asking for next date..judge didnt budge and gave one more date.
Please show a way to force other party to submit reply.

dear sir,
i joined a company in 15 June 2012 and worked upto 8 september 2012, before joining this firm i was having a experience of one year as marketing engineer related to sales back ground. this company hire me for marketing stated that you have to work for technical marketing & look after of exhibition and marketing activity. but after joining they asking me to work on digital marketing like email & campaign. after joining i signed a bond for 2 year service. but they had not provide me any traning related to my work profile to add something in my profile in between the peroid form june -SEP. in september i resigned from the job as i was feeling that they want to make a tele caller rather than a marketing person they asking to work on digital marketing but not providing any training . after my regination letter they accepted my resignation . i left that job from that onwards. AFTER ONE MONTH OF MY RESIGNATION LETTER& ACCEPTANCE THEY SENT A LETTER FOR PROPER HAND OVER & RELIVING , FOR THAT ALSO I REPLY THAT SAY THAT I AM NOT IN THE CITY WHERE I WORKED WITH THIS COMPANY. SO I AM NOT ABLE TO COME AGIAN TO MUMBAI FORM DELHI. AND NOW THEY ARE SERVING A NOTICE TO ME FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT & ALSO PROCESSED THE CHECK THEY HAVE WITH THE BOND. BECAUSE OF IN SUFFICIENT AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT THAT CHECK GOT BOUNCED. I AM SIMPLE GUY DONT LIKE CHEAT PEPOLE . FROM A VERY POOR FAMILY.
