Dear Sir,
Is unregistered partition deed of joint ancestral property valid? The deed was made among family members 24 years back and all family members have been enjoying their respective shares with harmony as per that unregistered partition deed. Now one person wants to challenge that unregistered partition deed made 24 years back, which was made when that person was a minor of 12 yrs. Can she challenge this unregistered partition deed in a court of law.

Story in brief
Male married a female as per hindu religion, and male working in pvt firm and female working in call centre, after 1 year of marriage huge querrel between both, male resigned his job and went to village (rural place) female went to her parients house but still working in call centre.
Male filed a MC Case in Family Court in 2007, male (Petitoner) wants his wife to resign her job and stay with male in his village, female (Respondent) makes false alligation against him as Extra Maritial affairs so she dont want to stay with him, but she wants Mainteance and she dont want to give divorce without maintenane. how would be the justices for male.

sir,i am one of the plot owners of B in ABC .plot owner of C constructed a house in BC half portion in B and half portion in C.when i demands the plot value he refused to do so or to take the entire plot .what is the legal remedy for me? can i demand for compensation or can i file a case for demoltion of the porton which he constructed the house in my plot?the matter is with in 3 years and plot has been regd. long back by me but plot owner C is purchesed 5 years back.

Suit for recovery of money
Suit for recovery of money against me was filed
in the City Civil Court at Chennai on
23-7-07,summon to appear served on me on
10-9-07 to appear on 3-10-07.I engaged an advocate ,filed a counter .My advocate went on informing me that suit is pending .Suddenly on 19-6-09 I got a notice from Decree holder for execution of decree in EP
suit.With the same Advocate I filed a stay petition and got the stay against the EP on deposit of rs 10000\which I made on 23-3-10
I came to know the original suit was decreed
set exparte due to my advocate remaining absent on 12-8-08.Again with the same Advocate I filed for set aside the decree with IA for delay condonation .The suit is coming on 4-10-10 ,my Advocate says delay will be condoned ,but I dont have faith in my Advocate now ,How to proceed??
