Promissory note

Dear Sir,

One person the employee of one private Firm. He is working as accountant in the Firm from last 4 years. Now he need the 4 lacs rupees loan from his Boss.

The Boss agree to pay Rs.4 Lacs. Now the repayment of loan Rs.5000/- per month from his salary maximum repayment for Rs.80000/- per year.

The loan is interest free & repayment within 5 years. His boss want the promissory note from his. So i want the promissory note format.

Kindly suggest the information as earilest.

Settlement between plaintiffs and some of the defendants in suit for partition

joint family property is in possession and enjoyment of tow group of the defendants. plaintiff was not given any share hence plaintiff filed suit for partition. D1 to D7 are ready to settle the matter in respect of the property in possession of D1 to D7 by way of giving money and some of the property to the plaintiff. but D8 to 10 dont want to settle the matter and contesting suit. D1 to D7 suggest the plaintiff that he may accept the settlement and delete the property in schedule of property in plaint which is in possession and enjoyment of D1 to D7 and continue the suit against D8 to D10 claiming share against the property which is in possession of D8 to D10. is it possible to settle the matter in the above way. how to release the property in possession of D1 to D7 without withdraw the suit. the plaint wants to continue suit against D8 to D10 only. what is the remedy to plaintiff?

Voidable of marriage

LOTS OF THANKS TO THE SENIORS THOSE WHO SHARE THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND GUIDE ME

i am realy shocked after getting married and came to know from her behaving that my wife having a mental disorder problem . actually the parents of wife made it cunningly and hiddenly.but got her treatment with Professor, Deptt. of Psychiarty I.P.G.M.E. & R.KOLKATA and also M.D. of Psychiatry,during treatment of the patient, written the consent of my wife, my mother in law and me too in his letter pad(Dr.prescription form) and then prescribed medicines which is applicable for mental disorder as per medical science.
Is it sufficient applicable ground for suit of nullity of marriage?
