we have done work on mine site and we paid money to mine owner for his business by RTGs and few amount by cash .there were some disputs amoung us hence we filed suit in court against him .Then we compromise with him and we made agreement with him and same
is submitted in court to withdraw suit.he gave 5 cheques against work and refund of money as per agreement.two cheques were cleared now 3rd 1nd fouth cheques are bounced.
1)what legal action to be taken.
2)can he raise any query regardind payments, as he signed the account settaled and accepted by him and signed.

Our company did a JV agreement with a other company. But now my company failed to fulfill his obligation so according to agreement other company can cut 1 crore Rs. and have to return 4 crore Rs. (We deposited Rs. 5 crore as security deposit) but other company return only 97 lakhs and the agreement is not registered. What is the legal value of this agreement, this is executed only on 100rs. stamp.
What's the remedy we have and what can we do?

How we can registered a Agreement to Revenue Sharing? The problem is how we can determine the stamp duty or registration charges,so the revenue is depend on other's party profit and the profit is varying month to month?

2. Rajasthan Government is very strict to register the Development Agreement. Now the Registrar has the power to denies to register the sale deed, if the D.A. is not registered. Previously Builders/Developers didn't get register the development agreement.
Kindly provide me any loop hole of this process. so we don't want to register the D.A.
