I want to register the logo of my company & its name style as Trademark,
Please inform whether any agent is required to be employed and if yes, then how much do agents generally charge?
What time it takes to register the trademarks generally?

Dear All,
My wife has filed a false 498A DP 3/4 against me and my family, Self, Father and two sisters.
One sister is mentally ill from past 12 yrs. (treated in govt hospital)
Father is senior citizen.
THEY HAVE CALLED FOR COMPROMISE AND APOLOGISED AND ARE ASKING US TO STAY WITH OUR KID IN A SEPERATE HOUSE. AND THEY WILL WITHDRAW THE CASE WHEN IT COMES TO EVIDENCE.
WHAT LEGAL PROCEDUR SHOULD WE FOLLOW IN SELF & FAMILY INTREST AND START LIVING WITH HER.
OR
WHAT IS THE OTHER ALTERNATE I NEED TO THINK AND DO???
KINDLY ADVISE AT THE EARLIEST.riven

need to have a check list of salient provisions of various Acts such as various labour laws(factories act, ESIC act), sales tax, excise duty,PF act etc.May i request u to have the same.

Dear All ,
I'm working in school since last 33yrs as an accountant , since last 9 yrs the management has stopped giving raise in my basic pay i get salary hike but as other allowance, hence i'm deprieved from the benefits of Provident fund which is deducted on basic pay and will also affect my grauity payment when i leave the organisation . Can anyone help me in this regard whether legally its correct to stop giving raise in basic pay ,if not then pls quote me the law reference etc or name of the Lawyer whom i can approach in the matter.

->I have taken "Marine Cum Storage Cum Erection Policy" from an Insurance Company in India.
->At the time of taking the Insurance, Order value of the Project was Rs.2.90 Cr.
But, I had taken Insurance of Rs.2.00 Cr S.I.
->Now my project has been completed and the Total Final Value of Completely Executed Project including the plant and machinery inclusive of freight, custom duty and cost of erection etc. is Rs.1.66 Cr.
->Obviously, during the term of the project/policy, the value of the project had never been crossed Rs.2.00 Cr S.I.
->Now my Query is : "If I would had any claim in this policy during its term would it had been considered as under insurance?"

Please give me advise regaurding this following matter.
My father want lend money to his friend Rs.100000/-. But there is a house on the name of his friend's wife. Shall we get sign of both the couple in Rs.100/- stamp paper and promissory notes. Is this enough or require some more.riven

Sir,
Is it possible for a Director of a Pvt. Ltd. company to work as a full-time employee on the payroll with another entirely different company without the other company knowing it?
We have a case like this present in our company and so the query.
