property investment

Hi all

i am krishna OCI card holder. i want to invest in agriculture plantation for that i went through RBI web site for more info. In that site I found press Note.4 (2006) Government of India Ministry of Commerce & Industry Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion SIA (FC Division) has stated 'FDI,NRI,OCB invest to tea plantation'. But i want to know that how much is the investment minimum/maximum amount And if you know any additional infomration let me know. Please help in this area.

Supreme courts view on multiplier at age of 62

Dear Respected all, I want to get some recent views of honourable supreme court on the point of multiplier at the age of 62 when wife & 2 major son are the plantif in a case of Motor Accident claim case.& what are the views abt deduction of 1/3 from earnings of the deceased.Can court deduct more than 1/3 of deceased earnings?

Provident Fund

My client has made an application in 2007 for the release the Provident Fund Amount after the death of his mother who were worked at an establishment , but ther amount is not released by the authorities after pursuing regularly by the client.

The applicantion and other communication is made with the Sub-REgional EPF office

Now wheter I can served them a legal notice demanding the claim to both the offices like 1) Sub-Regional Office 2) REgional Office which were located in different cities.

If yes, pls provide me the contents and format if any.

Regardign Divorce

My client married on 22/04/06, having a son 14 months.

Now the person wants divorce wheresas he told me that the wife is frequwntly visited her parents house and stayed there near about 2-3 months, The wife is not ready for divorce. therefore, the wife resides in her parents house ner about 25-26 months.

What to do under such circumstances. Under what ground the divorce petiton is filed Pls case law

notification of minimum area for Redevelopment

Hello sir,

I have learnt that now on, in Mumbai, in the event of any redevelopment of the property, minimum area to be allotted to teh flat owners shall be 320 flat sq. ft.

Is this true, if yes - can you kindly give me the notification no. and where i can find the same or copy of notification.

I SOUGHT THE INFORMATION UNDER THE RTI ACT IN THE OFFICE OF LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT AT INS VALSURA AT THE JAMNAGAR GUJARAT[INDIAN NAVY] BUT NOT REPLED TO ME AND INFORMED TO MY CLIENT THAT HE IS NOT UNDER THE P.I.O. Exemption for an establishment under ESI

Hi ,

Can anyone guide on the procedure to get an exemption for an establishment covered under ESI, When employer provides better facilities than that of ESI to his employees

Gift Deed

Dear Madam/Sir
My mother wish to sell the property that is registered in her name.This property was purchased by my father and got it registered it in my mothers name.MY mother has now decided to sell the property to an outsider.During this time I intervened and offered to buy the same at the same cost an outsider is offering.But to save on registration and stamp duty,I am thinking to get a gift deed done.We are two brothers and a sister,all married.
My question is if i get a gift deed done,will i have any problems from any of my brother or sister or thier children in the future.Can u pls suggest me on this.I want to save money on the samp and regisration charges.Thanks

please provide a format which is used to make inventory report in case of probate is granted to an executor.
