Myself, entered into unregistered lease agreement for 3 years, for a property, yet to be taken in possesion from builder and in the meantime, property in question get involved in dispute with builder so myself send a notice of 15days with return of sighning amount as a termination of contract.
What are future implications.

i am married in april 2006. my wife is very dominant & expect me to leave my parent & not to help them financialy. ask me to handover my salary to her everymonth.(this she has asked me in writing & i have a copy of that). latter on she threaten me over the phone that if i would not pay her sum of 50 lac & divorcee she can put up complain against me & my parents to police station.
I do not succumb to her wish.then she had put up a false 498a case against me & my parents. me & my parents were arrested,jailed latter on released on bail.
police has put up a charge sheet after 5 months. next date is 4 oct 08.
i am in search of good lawyer.
i have heard about one of the genuine lawyer.
i do not his name but i knew that he had stood up for divorcee case for one of my known person. this person is not available to me (as he is abrod & i do not have is details)
my question, is it possible to search the previous case of this man for whom the said lawyer stood up.
if so how to get this.
can anybody help me.

DEAR SIR,
A THING IN MY NARRATION IS MISSING THAT THE PROPERTY IS SOLD AS OF NOW AND A FEW BANK OFFICIALS KNOW IT WELL. FURTHER THE BANK HAS FILED A SUIT FOR THE RECOVERY OF DUE AMOUNT AND FINALLY IT WAS AGREED TO CREATE A TERM LOAN IN MY FRIEND'S NAME AND THE EARLIER LOAN WAS TREATED AS FULLY PAID. AFTER A FEW MONTHS, NO INSTALLMENT IS PAID BY HIM FOR THREE YEARS. UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES IS THERE ANY VALID DEFENCE FOR HIM.
HE HAS APPROACHED TO THE BANK TWO YEARS BEFORE TO SETTLE THE LOAN AT ONCE BY PAYING IN LUMPSUM. THE BANK OFFICIALS COULD NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO HIM.

ours is co-op hsg socty.election for the 8+1 reserved posts are announced by GOVT. ELECTION OFFICER today.out of 8; 7 are elected on vote count; there was a TIE of VOTES by 3 candidates. the GOVT ELECTION OFFICER decided to go for LUCKY LOTTERY& declared the 8TH post;that too in absence of one of the CANDIDATE in TIE. i have gone through the co op hsg socty bye -laws & found no mention of such a provission any where.Q whether this rulling is as per ELECTION-RULES applied any where in our country/maharashtra? if no what should have been the real legal stand/possition? what is the recourse open for the candidate/voter-member?

Ad Volerum Court Fees
Pls provide citations (HC/SC), where the court fees had to be paid ad volerum and is not paid by the plaintiffs the suit should be returned for clearing the defect as soon as the defect is brought in the notice of the court or else the suit cannot be proceeded with.
