Hi, wife says that husband and his family asking for car and give torture to her. If Husband shows the he has sufficient resources to buy a car , even before and after marriage.
Will this argument make sense in the court ?

My wife has filled false case against me and my whole family. luckily nobody got arrested , we got the AB from HC. Later police has filled chargesheet (after 9 months). Now charges has to frame.
My wife left india after filling the FIR ( after (3 week), she is in US in last one year.
What will be the impact of this my case if she doesn't come.

My clients land has been acquired by Noida authority in 2003.The land use is agriculture in Khasra and Khautni. Also it has been surrounded by resitional land from 3 sides.It has been in the name of Noida Authority from 15.6.2005in Khautni and the notification date is 3.7.2003 for section(4) and 21.7.2003 for section(6). Please clearify that ----- Can we go to the High Court of U. P. and have any relief from there. Secondly what can we do in this regard. Please do the needful on urgent basis.

My younger brother has married on 15th feb 2006. His wife lived happily with him at bhubaneswar. When my brother returned from bhubaneswar after closing his business to live with my parents on december 2006,the problem by his wife started to live separately by disserting my parents at old age. But when my brother denied it, she simply went to her parents house on october 2007, and didn't return back for 6 months. after several requests when she did not turned up, my brother sent a legal notice for restitution of conjugal rights. But on reply she blamed my parents, me,my sister and brother for dowry torture. My brother filed a suite in the court of civil judge u/s 9 of hindu marriage act, which is posted to 1st july 2008. but now she is thretening through the state commission for women to file a case aganist our family. My fathers age is 70+ and having glucoma of eyes and can't see clearly, my mother also having slip disk problem. Now can u advise me what to do to stop the commission for women for unnecessary interference while the case u/s 9 is in court.?

Right of accused in revision
While exercising the revisional power ,no order prejudicial to the accused or any person can be passed without affording an opportunity of being heard to such person -Affording of opprtunity of hearing is an essentil condition precedent before passing the order under revisional power-otherwise the order will be null and void ?
