MY CHILD WAS BORN ON 15MAY2022 IN HOSPITAL. AT THE TIME OF BIRTH OF CHILD, MY AADHAR WAS PROVIDED ON WHICH MY PREVIOUS HUSBAND NANE IS WRITTEN, ACCORDINGLY BIRTH REPORT OF HOSPITAL MENTIONED MY PREVIOUS HUSBAND AS THE FATHER OF THE CHILD.
THE FACT IS THIS THAT HE IS MISSING SINCE LAST 9 YEARS AND I LEFT THE MATRIMONIAL HOME IN 2021 AFTER MAKING AN AGREEMENT WITH IN-LAWS ON A STAMP PAPER OF RS.1000.00 MENTIONING ALL THESE THINGS THAT THEIR SON IS MISSING SINCE LAST 9 YEARS
AFTER THAT I STARTED to live with a man, from which this child born. Hospital refused to rectify the birth report without which birth certificate is not possible. Hospital is not accepting affidavit given by me that who is father of the child even that real father of the child is also ready to accept the fact on affidavit.
Now what should I do

I m tenant in the property for last 60 years.
My owner was 'x' . we paid him rent in court till 1995
Now the 'y' suit eviction petiton against us as he have the GPA OF 1979 .(Also in gpa there is cutting of lines and clearly visible that they cut the revocable line and add the irrevocable)
Now he registered the property for himself as first party (attorney holder of 'x') and second party himself.
Sale deed registered in 2016 and its mention over their that the executant of the said attorney is still alive.but the 'x' is died in 2010 we have the death certificate.

my father buy a plot in 1998 of 252 gajj in haryana after we shifted to gujarat and the deed of the plot where done in 2005 but the intaqal was not done at that time due to lack of knowledge now the owner of the land from which we purchased the land is now denying to do registry again and demanding money again now what can i do

We are the teanant who is doing Medical business at thrissur , Kerala. We have issue with Onwer of the building on the Rent sie and he wanted to vacte us . there is case running for the same . He indulge an activity in our EB connection by diverting the Connection from the EB to our room connection by avoiding Meter. He himself informed the Vigilence by stating that eletricity theft happening in our connection , interms vigilence visted the sight where the meter was kept under lock and key by the owner . while doing the full investigation they found that the meter is tappered and connection in illegal manner to our rooom . as action they disconnected our connection and put a penalty on the building owner . The intention of the owner to force to vacate by cutting the EB . in this scenrio how we can get the EB connection to be restore where the Building owner refuse to pay the penalyt and other charges . Please direct us

Ok, But where I should search for him? More how many days it'll take for me to get divorce??? I'm in dilemma now...
He's wandering around us only and wantedly not attending the court without staying at one place and moreover not receiving the summons wantedly wasting my time and time of the court wantedly. He's moreover saying that court can't do anything till he attends the court. That point he's fixing in his mind and playing drama.

Sir ...we are residing in a home since 11 years ...since 1 year am paying rent 13500/- to owner son by online upi phonepe account ...as my mother expired one week back in hospital not in home ...the owner of building claiming to paint and white wash the building with our own money ....or else vacate the house with in 10 days ...he is forcing ...already we are in financial issues due to hospital bills of my mother ...owner forcing us to vacate or white wash painting the house ....as there is no rental agreement/ no stamp paper agreement..only oral ...but we are paying the rent by phonepe ...we are ready to vacate with in 3 months period but owner forcing us to vacate with in 10 days ...how to overcome the issue ...
