How much property my mom can claim

My great-grandfather had possessed 63 acres of agriculture land and had 9 male children. My grandfathe(gf) had got a share of 7 acres of land and he self acquired 5 acres. Total asset of my grand father came to 12 acres and he died in 1973. My gf had 5 children out of which 2 are male and 3 are female. My moms 4th sibling. All property and khatha is in the name of eldest son of my gf. Two male sons of my gf has acquired too much wealth which amounts in hundreds of cores. They have raised to such height using gf property as base. 5 siblings of my gf are Hindu undivided family. Property is also undivided. Few portoion of property is sold and has hung up in an unregistered state by buyers. Left out property includes 5 acres of gf self acquired property and 2 acres of gf ancestral property. In the light of clarification given by Honorable Supreme Court on the amendment of HSA 2005.

How much property my mom can claim. Can she also claim property earned by her brothers as we stand still as Hindu undivided family.

If my mom legally retires from the Hindu undivided family by just getting possession of 2 acres land. Can she claim any further property in future.

Or can I(son of female sibling of my gf) claim any property asking for proper division of property including property owned by 2 male siblings of my gf.

Marriage

My husband slapped me twice and tries to hurt me physically. I was staying with my husband. Last month he beat me and sent to my mother's home. I don't have any proof of his physical attack. Can I take legal step. But if I go against him can I stay with him. As iam traditional person I don't want to leave him. My parents will be worried. Similarly my inlaws are brain washing him to hurt me everytime and his mother is abused my mother over phone. I just want to warn them by sending legal notice. So that they will not be able to hurt me in future. I want to live with my husband I don't want divorce.

Father gave property to son in-law

Hi, I am the elder son of my father. I took personal loan and got my sister married. Now she has 3kids, and my father had gifted his plot of land(his own property brought, but from my salary) to my sister's husband without notifying me.
1. Can I as a son file a legal suit on this property or on my brother in law on any basis.
2. If I let go of this property, my father has ancestral agricultural property. Does my sister has right on it.can she claim it again.

Permanent alternate accommodation

Our building is going for redevelopment. We are 5 flat owners in the building. These 5 flats include the conveyance holder, who is also the developer. We don't have a society or an association of apartments formed. The dveloper cum conveyance holder is redeveloping the building without a Development agreement as He's the owner of the land. We are directly going for permanently alternate accommodation agreement. Can we get the benefit of stamp duty to be paid of Construction cost on the extra 35% area offered to us by the developer?... the local registar refuses to give us the benefit of construction cost citing we do not have a development agreement.
