Dear Expert,
My friend has come across a scenario :
He was working with Company A for 4 years and 1 years ago this was taken over by Company B. Now Company B is declining the Gratuity Eligibility stating that He was employed with them only for 1 years..
In the offer letter from Company B it is stated that there will be continuity of service and the accrued amount is transferred to B.. When asked on this clause, they replied stating that we do not want to have an issue that time so we just added it..
I believe he is eligible for Gratuity..
Can he file a case against them for fraud or any other charges based on the documents He have from them like offer letter, Gratuity denial letter signed by Company head... If so what are the charges applicable.. ?
they are in total 100+ employees, earlier they used to provide gratuity to similar cases now due to bad performance of company they started to decline all such claims and started to force employees to resign who all were transferred(not letting them to complete total of 5 years).
Going forward everyone will face the same.

Respected Experts,
The civil case has been instituted before the HON'BLE DIST COURT regarding TITLE DISPUTE in the year 2012 which is pending before the court.
The defendants sold the property in Lis pendency.
THE CONCERNED M.R.O MUTATED THE LAND WHILE IT IS PENDING IN THE COURT WITHOUT GIVING ANY NOTICE TO THE SUIT RELATED PARTIES.
Q1. WHILE THE CASE IS PENDING BEFORE THE COURT THE CONCERNED M.R.O MUTATED THE SUIT SCHEDULE PROPERTY WITH COLLUSION WITH THE PARTIES IS IT COMES TO CONTEMPT OF THE COURT?(i.e case is pending before the court,violating the free trail of the case and misused his power and not followed the rules of pattadar pass book act) .
Q2. IF IT COMES CONTEMPT OF THE COURT CAN WE FILE THE CASE IN THE SAME COURT?

sir jarur bataye ek aadmi uski ma mar gaya uska nana 70 sal se pahle mar gya.aur uska nana ka beta hua wo bhi mar gaya 2 uska beta hua wo bhi mar gya ab uske bacche hai jis par case kiya gya property milega ya nahi? 3 pidhi ka

I have one small doubt on property. My father’s self-earned property and he is passed away 5 years before. Thereafter four legal heirs for my father- myself, my mother and two married sisters. I have settled in terms of some amount to both sisters, property is registered with my name and entirely changed no portion left. Due to some situation this property is registered to my mother with legally in register office again. Now my question – 1) is this property divided into four portions with legally again when my mother alive, if yes, does not valid earlier signed same property document? 2) My two sisters can be claimed same property again at any point of time? 3) My mother has rights to give anyone of them before die without any issue 4) is it legally valid; she has to write to will with my name denied others knowledge? Please suggest me the above questions legally?

Return of gold, silver ornaments and gifts from wife
me and my wife separated on 7/4/15. she filled dvc,125 crpc, 420, 307 ipc, etc. at the time of marriage we have given gold and silver items as per marriage talks those are worth of 15 lakhs. we gave a counter for her dvc stating all those as false allegations, in that we have asked her to return all the gold, silver and gifts. we have tax bills(we didn't take them at the time of buying, we didn't know its importance at the time of buying so, we have adjusted the date of purchase and brought them) and marriage photos as an evidence. is the evidence sufficient or any video proof is required(we don't have marriage video. i think it's with her). how to proceed if she won't give or allege that we didn't give or state that the items were kept by her parents only(show fake bills) ??
