Hi,
If you are Hindu and want to marry your mother's father's brother's daughter.. The Hindu Marriage Act won't allow you to marry her under it's provisions.

No,you can not marry to your mother's uncle's daughter as the same is restricted by sec 5 of Hindu Marriage Act.
