In 2008 we had married in Kolkata. Till 2010 we were staying together in kolkata. In 2010 I had gone to do MBA in lucknow with husband's permission. I used to come to visit husband's house once in 3-4 months.in 2012 my husband took job in africa and left India without consulting with me. I was living in India. I used to visit my in-laws' house when my husband used to come to India and we used to stay there together. In 2017 my husband told me he does not want to keep relationship with me and wants divorce. He does not let me enter his father's house in kolkata. And does not keep any contact with me. He does not apply for divorce also. I want to live with him. What can I do?

Ipc 186

Does anything, even politely asking something, can be considered to be obstructing public servants especially police to attract 186 IPC ?

Is there any definition on what constitutes obstructing public servant means, either in IPC or in any other Supreme Court judgement?

Thanks and Regards

Club membership charges

I have a plot in a township in Delhi NCR. The developer had promised to us club membership charges in 2010 of Rs. 50,000 and did not started any construction till date. Now they are suddenly asking for Rs. 75000 plus GST for the same and are saying that taking club membership is mandatory for all residents/owners.
Please advise on following:
1) Is it legal for builder to ask for club membership charges 11 years are contract and 5 years after actual possession of plot.

2) Is it legal for them to increase the charges without any information- they have not sent us any letters just mails, which we did not received.

Urgent response will be appreciated.

School leaving certificate

I have misplaced the only xerox copy i had of my school leaving certificate. I have submitted the original copy during 11th std admission years ago. I asked my school for a duplicate copy of it but they refuse to give me as i have given it to college so no reason of misplacing or losing the original..
Will my junior college give me the school leaving certificate to xerox that i had given them during admission?
Will they have the record even now

Amendment of respondent's name

Dear Learned Lawyers,
I would like to hear your valued views on the following matter.
In a civil suit, amendment to plaint to include the names of impleaded respondents, the plaintiff’s advocate is supposed to reflect the names of the respondents as per the order of the court on the I.A. However, the plaintiff’s advocate deliberately mentioned one of the respondent’s name incorrectly in order to drag the suit for some more time and unfortunately it went unnoticed by the impleaded respondents. Now he judgment/decree was in favour of the impleaded respondents reflecting one of the impleaded respondent’s name incorrectly. When it is proposed to correct the name, the plaintiff's advocate filed an IA to serve notice seeking the permission of all the19 respondents to drag the suit indefinitely. In my view it is totally unjustified as the duty of the advocate is to reflect the name as per the order of the honourable court on the IA and there is no need to seek the permission of the 19 respondents who are no way concerned. Please expedite your views whether the action of the advocate is right.
Thanks & Regards

Maintenance charges of a flat in co.op. housing society

Though I have received reply from one of the lawyers, I am not satisfied with reply. IN 2012 the high court gave a judgement stating that the maintenance charges should be same for all then premises irrespective of area as the common charges i.e. security, lift maintenance, electricity of the society, manager's salary, office expenses, and other common charges shall be same for all occupants except repairs which are based on areas and municipal tax which is separate for each premise.

Kindly therefore look into the judgement and clarify exactly the meaning of this judgement.
