i have my possession + filed suit for declaration of ownership but at time of evidence my lawyer did not take exhibit number on my sale deed , what should i do now ? i filed writ petition for same
please help me in this matter i will pay consulting fees ,also provide some similar cases

Respected Sirs,
A Divorce case was filed for my son in the year 2014. She (his wife) filed a RCR in 2014.
Interim Maintenance was decided in 2019 to a pay Rs.10000/= p.m. We are ready to pay the Interim Maintenance.
My Son has a girl child and now the girl chlld is with the custody of his wife.
Now because of the dissatisfaction with the old Lawyer, we appointed one New Lawyer.. In the divorce case only the counter of the respondent was done.
The wife in her counter to the divorce case raised so many false allegations such as we are demanding 1.5 lakh cash and a car. She also accused us we are against the Girl child and we scolded her for giving birth to a female child and were trying to completely abandon her from the family. The fact is that we are very happy with the girl child and treat the baby as Goddess Lakshmi.
Now the New lawyer says it is better to file a child custody case (GOP) in the Dist. court so as to show that we are interested in the girl child and filing this case may show to the Judge that we are interested in the welfare of the girl child.
Now our questions are:
a) whether we can file the child custody case now (or) shall we file the case after the divorce caser is finished in our favour?
b) whether filing this GOP (Child custody) case now, would really help us in deciding the divorce case in our favour?

I am Government Employee and as well as associated with Government Registered NGO (Council). Can I use the Name Plate of the NGO with the Number Plate of My Private car? Are Conduct Rules allow me to use the Name Plate of NGO on my Private Vehicle and can I also go to my office by using this Name Plate of NGO?

In the sec. 302 the complainant was giving his stetment , accused are kill's his brother for sword. But after the PM hi was change his stetment and saying kills bounded object.and also I Witness is say his statment the accused are kill's bounded object but witness statement are also recorded after the PM Report. What can I do? In bail application. Last 3 years Accused are in the central jail. What can I arrgu?

how to limit delay in proceeding if the opponent has taken an order from HC to pay certain amount to set aside the ex-parte decree but not paying the amount.
although he was in time to appeal against the ex-parte decree that is he applied within 30 days but not paid the aforesaid amount in the order from last two years.

Hi Sir,
Few months back I have filed a case for recovery of money (Promisory note case). I have paid some money as court challans, stamp duty & other expenses.
Now in that case, we are going for compromise. other party is ready to give me my money back. Now it will get settled. My query is
CAN I GET THE MONEY I PAID TO COURT BACK ? NOW THAT THE CASE ABOUT TO GET COMPROMISED CAN I GET THAT CHALLANS, STAMP DUTY MONEY ETC BACK OR I LOST THEM COMPLETELY....PLEASE GUIDE ME THE PROCESS AS WELL COMPLELTELY.

Dear Respected Experts,
My wife has filed case u/s 498A & 4 of DP act in the year 2008. So far, for the 12 years prosecution witness has not over. My wife and his relative given false witness in witness box.
My Question:
1) If I file Quash petition in High Court, Will high court send notice to my wife address?
2) During pendency of 498A & 4 of DP act case (5 witnesses has given witness under oath) Will high court QUASH the case?
3) How long the QUASH process will be done in High Court?
