Related to Original suit case held in Taluk court Basavaraj was plentiff and me was Defendant, amidst one more additional petition we as given related to same case . Additional petitioner ragarded as Defendant . In last judgement plentiff case was dismissed with cost .
Now additional petitionor went to appeal now he made me and above case's plentiff( Basavaraj)as Defendants.
Can he (Basavaraj)contend in court as Defendant? Because he was contended in court against additional petitionor, now going to contend fair enough for plentiff

Hi All,
I am a software engineer by profession working in a reputed MNC,my wife is a doctor (MBBS) ,we got married in March,2020.Due to some unreasonable demands of new home etc ,she left my house in the month of April 2020.Now she has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage stating that I am insane.Sec 12 of HMA .I am very much sane and will fight my case ,I don't want to go for a MCD , mutual consent divorce.I want to fight the false insanity petition against my wife and institute criminal defamation proceedings and later file a contested divorce on the basis of cruelty (after the insanity petition) against me is dismissed.My monthly earning is Rs 90000 and she works as a government doctor with a salary of Rs 30000 .We have no children and she just stayed with me ,in the matrimonial house for a month.Will I need to pay any alimony and Maintenance?.If so what would be the approximate amount if I go for a one time payment of alimony.

I have a flat in Titwala Dist Kalyan given on Leavr & License agreemetn for 11 months which is expiring in Jan-2021. My tenant is not paying rent and now -4- months rent is due. Who is the competent authority for the said location and what is the procedure to file a complain?

My father bought 2 acres of dry land during 1970. My mother also owns some extent of lands on her own. We are three sons and three daughters. Our elder brother is not up to the mark of our society and having a luxury life all along his life time with all kind of vices. Therefore our parents, with an intension of saving their properties, obtained a registered release deed from him for all their movable and immovable properties during 1976 by way of allotting and giving cash and jewels. They passed away before 4 years. Now, our brother, who gave release deed, demanded that the release deed is not valid before law stating that the release deed has been obtained with a malafide intention and threatened his equal share. Is this valid before law, sir.

I have gifted part of my home to my brother. Although the home has single floor (one level on the ground), it was a planned constructed home to build 3-4 floors on top of it originally. Since I only gifted part of the ground (level 1) floor of the home, I would like to construct another floor on top of the ground floor. However, my brother is objecting it saying I do not have any rights on top of his portion of the gifted home. I greatly appreciate your response who has the right on top of the gifted home. Thank you.
