Dauthers Right in Father's property

We are four children for our parents in that two sons and two daughters. My name is Bhanuprakash, younger to all. My two sisters got married by selling the mothers part of property. My father owns a house. Now my parents are living and given permission to do manufacturing work of my brother in that house. At present my brother is not taking care of my parents and demanding his property share. I am living so far to my parents living place due to job opportunity. My parents are planning to sell our house. But my sisters are demanding their share immediately to agree for house sale. They are also not taking care about our parents. Is there any law relating to demand parents property without taking care about their maintenance and health problems? I am ready to take care out of my budget with my family, but others are objecting to leave our parents from the house wihtout property settlement. But they are suffuring without care of children and others.

Property-Nature?

Dear Friends,

Property came to a person 'X' from a female 'Y',by virtue of getting married to lone daughter of Z'. (A Hindu Family)

'X'&'Z' ,Writes a will, Uses a wording:-

Quote------ "And where as the Testator and Testatrix who have mostly inherited the properties from late 'Y', the mother of Testatrix are desirous of keeping the immovable properties situated in village intact as far as possible during their life time and also after their death in memory of their ancestor 'Y'".------Unquote.

My question is:1) What is this property in the hands of 'X'&'Z',Self acquired/Ancestral.
2)Can 'X' &'Z' will this property to a Son denying share to Daughter,Who is married in the year 1978.
3) Can daughter ask for her share in the property, what is the course to be adopted?

I need an URGENT reply please.

Regarding Dowery Case

Hello Sir/ Madam,

This is inform you that my marriage is broken, reason being the extreme mental and physical torcher I had been through. That guy and his family are so greedy, so cruel, they used to abuse me and beat me like hell, my husband tried to kill me one day. Finally my Father came to take me out of that hell. We tried a lot from our side to save the relationship but that fellow wanted Octavia car (worth approx. - 17 lack) that we couldn't afford finally he desserted me. Now he wants divorce. There was no option left for us rather than legal actions, this matter has gone to court.
My Husband was arrested and he was there at Jail for 4 day, then he managed to get the bail.He is charged Under Law Section 498A, 506, 34. The case is going on.

That Guy in fact never wanted me to be with him, inspite of trying to patch up using conjugal rights etc, he has applied for judicial separation. I want to know that if the matter is in court is it advisable to go to Human rights commission and national women's counsil, If Yes how can i approach them ?

I need some legal advice from you people regarding my case.

Thanks.
