Power of Attorney (Special) for Company Incorporation

Hi

I am in the process of getting a new Pvt Ltd company registered. In the process, my agent has asked me to sign a POA with the purpose that he may make necessary changes to MOA and AOA during the registration process and according to him this POA will expire on the day I receive letter of Incorporation.. I am okay with that but the wordings of the POA are such that it look like an open ended document without any age limit set for it (as if it can be exercised even after we receive letter of Inc)... Pls let me know if I should sign it?... Can it cause problems later?

We, the undersigned promoters of ‘XXX’, a company under incorporation do hereby authorise Mr. YYY, Company Secretary ,to carry out necessary changes, amendments, corrections and substitution in the Memorandum and Articles of Association and other documents submitted at the time of incorporation of the company.

All acts, deeds and things lawfully done by the attorney shall be binding on us, as if the same were done by us.

Has CONSENT DECREE of the Hon'ble High Court, in a property matter,got to be registered with Sub-Registrar of Assurances and also whether Stamp Duty also payable on the same?

non reciept of reimbursement

Dear Mr Harbhajanji,as written in my earlier query,that a domestic inquiry is going on byb company against me,one more thing,they did not reimburse my expenses,of Oct,Nov,Dec 2007,by telling reason of audit objections,but as yet i did get any audit objection,from their end,i wrote so many request letters to them,but they denied to reimburse the total amount Rs 20000.00,now what to do?

A filed divorce petition against B, and after completion of trail and arguments, it was allowed by the Hon'ble senior civil judge court. after completion of apple time A got married with another person C. But B filed appeal before the Appellate court with a petition to condone the delay along with stay petition. And the Appellate court condoned the delay and granted stay on the lower court's decree of divorce.

What is the validity of the marriage between A and C.

Registration under CLRA & Shops & Establishment Act

Dear Friends

We need to obtain registration under CLRA as principal employer, please let me know the various documents that are required for it.

We also need to register our office in Orissa under Shops & establishment Act. I would appreciate if some one can share the list of documents and procedure for it.

mandatory injunction

whether a plaintiff can seek mandatory injunction against the government to execute a sale deed in respect of the assessed waste land(government land) in his occupation, based on an earlier letter by tehsildar calling the plaintiff to purchase the land for market price?

or he has to seek specific performance considering the letter as an agreement to sell?
