if you are the sole owner of everything and you dont need to send notices under rule 16. you put down you name and it would be better if you make an affidavit on that behalf.
generally you dont need to send them a translated copy in english but only need to send them three copies. but if they insist on that, you dont have any oter option.

Sec.44 of the Copy right Act 1957 provide for the registration of all works in which copy right subsists.
.Application for registration is to be made on Form iv
.Prescribed fee
.Appln should be signed by the applicant.
Both published and unpublished work can be registred. In case of published work three copies of the same may be sent along with the application. No translation is needed. The author, publisher and distributer are the same person, notice to the parties are not enough.Duly filled appln along with above stated details send to The Registrar of Copyrights,Copyright Office,New Delhi-110 001.

Dear Salil,

Your queries are worthnoting. For your kind information, any new work (whether published or not) can be a subject of copyright registration. for this, Form iv is required with three specimen copies. There is no requirement to file translated version of your work unless direction comes from Registrar.

In your case, any other person means the persons having interest in the work. since your friend has the all authorities, there need not to send any notice.

For further assistance, you can contact me.
