Under theThe Kerala State Fiancial Corporation incorporated under the Central ACt of 1951 (No.LXIII of 1951).
A Mortgageloan was transferred in 1994.
Documents executed in 1994
Last instalment due on June 2001.
Property sold on public auction on March 2004
The amount was adjusted in the loan account.
Still there is a shortfall. Can this financial institution take action for the recovery of the shortfall? Is it not time barred since the acution was in March 2004 and till date even after 4 years and 5 months no intimation or notice of recovery was sent. Is there is any possibility of recovery?

Dear sir, my company's management has been suspended me from 15th Nov 2007,they cunducted a domestic inquiry against me in the month of Feb 2008,they are paying me 50% of my salary(as subsistance allowance),now six months have been passed,but as yet no result occured,still inquiry is going on,now would i demand for 75% or 100%of salary my salary and under which heading/section no.of labour/industrial law kindly send me all details,how long domistic inquiry can be conducted!

Dear sir,
I am Landowner renting property to different people who run their business from the place. can due to his dealing can a property of a landlord be attached in the court to clear his debt or default.
Is landlord responsible in any way for his financial debts or acts.

Respected sir,
i have a industrial property, at pali-rajasthan, alloted to me by RIICO solely on my name, from last 20 years, and i am residing at Chennai
I have given this property on rent to my own brother.
Now one of his creditors has sued him in the court(I am no way related with his business dealings), and now in this proceding even my property is been attached with court.
Now i want to relieve my property from court. so please guide me.
Now for relieving my property can i file a suit from chennai.
