Dear sir,

I am Landowner renting property to different people who run their business from the place. can due to his dealing can a property of a landlord be attached in the court to clear his debt or default.

Is landlord responsible in any way for his financial debts or acts.

please heip.

Abolutely not. The landlord could not be held liable.

Yes, if landlord gives any type of guarantee, he will be responsible for his financial debets
