Dear members of the Legal fraternity,
ours is a private limited company and the managing director is always in tour to foreign countries. He wanted to deligate
his power to sign in inspector of factories and such like files to General manager as the "Occupier". What procedure has to be done for that? NB: There are other two partner in the company who are also residing in foreign countries.
Whether he wanted to call for Director Board Meeting to get confermation of his decision. If not what is the procedure to be adopted?
Kindly reply to me immediately to enble me to render my duty as a legal assistant in our company.

An order Under section 319 CrPC is An interloctury order or not.Secondlly whether a revision against order under section 319 CrPc lies or not.Plz enlighten Thanks

It is valied in a sale document mentioned previously taken sale amount by the vendor now statutatory purpose such document registration at present ? whether it reight or wrong. Pl rectify

Dear Mr. Manish,
One of my senior told me that its not applicable to NOn-Govt employees and also to AP Shops & Estbalishment.
Could you help me to findout exactly whether its applicable to companies, forms, shops under AP Shops & Establishment Act ? Can i get any detailed reference / proof / Act / Amendment ? Can you help me to get it for us if its applicable ?

My marriage was arranged by my husband's family without my family or anyone else in June 2004. I have a boy baby of 3 yrs 6 months. He and his family continuously tortured me for bringing wealth from my family. My husband started advertising in matrimonial websites for his marriage within 5 months of our marriage. My in-laws didnot bother anything about it. His behavior was very different and only last year, I came to know that he was arrested in his native and kept in jail for around 9 days and all dailies published the news. The girl who lodged police complaint has given an exclusive interview in a popular tamil magazine.As I reside in Bangalore, I was unaware of all these. I was shocked to hear this as neither he nor his parents and the only sister hidden this fact from me for more than 3 years. Last year, he disserted me and my kid.I tried all means to get in touch with my husband. But his parents and sister demanded huge sum from me if I had to talk to my husband. I had no other go but to lodge a complaint in bangalore police statiion stating Dissertion, Dowry Harrassment and Cheating.
Now he is only appearing in the court here.His family members not appearing and claim for exemption from personal exemption on medical grounds and travelling distance. They are not ready to bear the responsibility of sheltering and protecting me and my kid.
Through their counesl, they compel me to withdraw the case if to find any solution to the problem. Please suggest me how to make my family life continue free of troubles.

A parent company located outside India has earned ( accrued but not paid) Rs.4500 as interest from its wholly owned subsidiary located in India.
Does the parent company has to obtain a PAN number to file its return in India for the interest income received from India. It has no other income.

In this case employer is providing cement,steel and reinforcement to the contracts, while architect is paid for providing drawings and supervision and contractor for building the flats and colonies as per architects drawing..
please tell what kind of post construction agreement for any defect arising in the construction or building ,can be made with both of architect and contractor and for how many years.

these are repealed acts and i couldnt find it anywhere so I request all the learned members to please provide me the same if possible.
