Can We elegible to get a Govt Service?

Dear Sir.
We are Civil Defence volunteers So we Performed every Kind Of hazardus duty like(Flood,Bird flue,EPIC correction)on behalf of District Magistrate office recently we have appointed as 3rd polling officer in the Panchayet Election for that reason District Magistrate Office issued an Appointment letter,now my question is are we elegible to claim a govt service?if yes then please tell us what Should be the procedure?

Hindu Succession Act 2005 which gives the equal right to Sons / Daughters if the persons dies instate. If he has written an will and where the persons specifies how his property to be divided between sons and daughters. Pls suggest the implication of Hindu Succession Act, 2005

THE UNDERSIGNED WANTS TO KNOW THAT ANY STATION HOUSE OFFICER OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IS BOUND TO REGISTER A F.I.R. IN ANY COGNIZABLE OFFENCE IF COMMITTED AND INFORMED ACCORDINGLY.

IF BOUND AND DOES NOT OBEY THE LAW. IS THAT OFFICER SHALL FACE THE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. IF YES KINDLY EXPLAIN THE LAWS UNDER WHICH THAT OFFICER MAY FACE THE PROCEEDINGS.

Ad Volerum Court Fees

Pls provide citations (HC/SC), where the court fees had to be paid ad volerum and is not paid by the plaintiffs the suit should be returned for clearing the defect as soon as the defect is brought in the notice of the court or else the suit cannot be proceeded with.
