I hace a plot and a house [three seperate in on building] registered in my name. Plot was registered in the registrar's office. I assume the house is also legally mine now. As this is the only asset that our father has left for us i want to give one house each to my sister and brother. My father is alive. I would like to know 2 things. [1] Can my father create any problem legally? What are the documents that i have to check to ensure the plot is entirely mine. [2] Which is the method to trasfer the plot with least expenses and without the involvement of my sister or brother?......
The plot wae purchased by my dad with his money and registered in my name with the Registrar. After an year a house was built. The Elec. Bill is in my name. I thinks the water, property tax is paid in my name. For more detilsa about this i need a week's time. But do reply with the available details

i hve decided to persue L.L.B.
i am confused to opt this course, please tell me abt the future oppurtunities.... minimum EARNING. and whether regular or correspondense course?

can the information officer allowed to deny the information under instruction of Head of the Department..
I have denied By the information officer of PIB , Shastri Bhawan , New Delhi under influence of The Head of dept Deepak Sandhu and the assistent Tilak raj, Kuldeep , Naresh and gupta.. when I asked certain question about how and what criteria they are issuing accredation to the Non reporter and also not issuing to the Actual reporters..
Everyone is now awre of all theseculprite but Alas like other cases of currption no proof to pull them for punishment .. the RTI application query put in a siuation of self affermation about the irregularities..

The Hon court has passed an order in & around 13-09-1957, wherein the title of Baidyanth teplme, Deoghar alongwith Kedarnat & badarinath temple over the property of Rani Badama kuer was upheld. i want the full refence of the case.
Plz treat it urgent.

Dear Sir, let me know about my client's problem regarding Franchisee as coaching centre at bhilai for the terms of three years. As per contract between both parties, it is clearly mentioned that my client obtained aforsaid coaching centre exclusively for Bhilai, Durg & Rajnandgaon.Unfortunately the other party of contract deed belongs to Kota (Raj) had given Franchisee to third party without giving any prior notice (2 months as per contract deed)to my client at the end one year only . May I know, is there any remedy/relief seek for my client regarding this..... Is there any chance to get stay order in favour of my client so that he can use the brand name till settlement.........Plz advice........

Hello expert,
Wanted to know whether the stamp duty & registration charges be paid where the property owned by the parents is tranferred as a Gift given to the son by his parents???
If yes then how much are the charges paid for the same & what formalities are to be complied with??

Lease Deed
A is a company who has taken a premises on lease and thre is no such clause which allows it to sub lease or sub let the premises. Now A is spliting up into a new cOMAPNY CALLED "B" which is goin to take over the business carrying on in the premises of that lease.
How can B take the lease of that premises without letting the Lessor involved?
Can A be legally allowed to sub lease it to it's sister concern without approval/
Please suggest
