A NBW IS ISSUED AGAINT A PERSON IN ANOTHER DISTRICT A DEMI LETTER ALSO SEND TO SSP BY HONOURABLE JUSTICE ,BUT STILL POILCE IS NOT CATCHING THE PERSON NOR GIVING ANY WRITTEN REPLY TO THE COURT ....WHAT TO DO IN THIS GUIDE PLEASE .....LIKE THIS THE PERSON WILL NEVER BE CATCHED AND PRODUCE AFTER COURT FOR YEARS

Hello,
I had filed cases for desertion, maintenence, domestic violence, FIR against husband. 8 years passed. Last year he filed divorce to be contested. Also initially his parents had filed civil suit for me to leave their house. Reason stating son is not living there and later disowned ,while all three were in conivence. They had demanded dowry of 55 lacks after marriage to maintain marriage to which i denied. They hit me , tried to kill.and then filed civil suit to leave house. The cases ongoing. I live with my parents. I have been in depression due to this. I was getting interim maintenance and since he was diagosed with cancer i withdrew cases.but he passed away this year. During these years i completed my studies.i did mba and now pursuing Law.Inspite of being on depression medication since all these years. my advocate told that i have no rights now and that only cases will go on for years.i lived in my parents home but my brother is violent.so i live in another accomodation provided by parents.i am 46 years old.my question is do i have any right as a widow ? I read law doesnt support widow rights .

In which court, a case for malicious prosecution to be filed ? And under which sect6in BNS/IPC and BNSS/CrPC and Order / Rule in CPC ?
If it's in civil court, damages are reto be proved ? unlike in court ?

Hi sir/madam,
We have acquired property from our ancestors through partition deed. They have sold earlier the land without our knowledge by mentioning our names. And once we acquired we have sold the ll and not knowing this.
After 42 years the second time buyer sent court notices , out of 7 parties involved 3 are deceased.
They are treating by filing cheating case multiple times. How to proceed with this .

Hi, Recently I visited country club, Andheri, Mumbai. I met sales person Mr. Yousuf and he explained benefits of club membership which I didnt find attracted, later he explained about 7AC membership which will come along with country club at total cost of 37,000 for 10 years + AMC. That was attracting for me and I purchased same. After a weeks time I got to know all benefits explained for 7AC are false and I demanded for refund. They are not giving refund, I escalated issue to head office as well but no luck. Please help me here.

Respected Learned Experts, I need a certfied copy of a judgment from Madras High Court for my reference. Please tell me the procedure of obtaining a certified copy and please share the pdf copy of the format, if any. I shall be much obliged if any of the Learned Expert practicing at Chennai may help in obtaining the copy. I shall bare the cost of the service. The judgment is required to file claim from my department by enclosing the copy of the same. Thank you very much to one and all in the Forum, in anticipation.

In the year 2004, my father had given an immovable property for lease to a corporate company and had entered into a registered lease agreement via its representative (mentioned as Constituted Attorney in the agreement) for a period of 5 years.
The leased property was vacated by the company after the expiry of the lease term, however the termination of lease is not registered, nor do we have any communication in regards to the termination.
Now my father has expired and the corporate company is almost defunct.
I am willing to sell the property, but the EC has an entry of this lease indicating representative as the party.
I am unable to find the said representative.
Will the entry in the EC cause any problems to the sale procedure?

We got japthi notice for auction of our property from the arbritration department of a co- operative Bank. We would like to know the japthi procedure. Can we get final notice from the sale officer? Can we get otpobtain stay order for the auction?

Urgent please reply 😭 🙏 :- I have Bihar state obc certificate on which my caste is mention byahut kalwar because in state list bania :- kalwar(eraki), kalwar(kalal), (byahut kalwar)is there but in central list of Bihar state there is kalwar , kalal , kalar not byahut kalwar , as I know BYAHUT KALWAR and kalwar both are same byahut kalwar is sub caste of kalwar but still issuing authority is saying they will accept my application because on state certificate it's byahut kalwar and in central list it's kalwar, I request you all please give right suggestion what should I do , there are some ncbc advice pdf where it is mentioned that kalwar main caste include all sub caste but that is for the state of Odisha central list. Please reply asap whoever have expertise in this case
