my father has joined Punjab state Tube-well Corporation as junior engineer on 01-09-1978 . In the year 1996, He was hired in municipal corporation, jalandhar as junior engineer on deputation basis. he worked there on deputation for three years but in the year 1999 his services were permanently absorbed in municipal corporation, Jalandhar from 01-01-1996.His previous service book is also transferred to municipal corporation jalandhar from Punjab state Tube-well Corporation.
He has provided 34 years and 11 month service in his tenure of job with government of Punjab.
He retired on 31-08-2013 from municipal corporation jalandhar on attaining the age of 58 years.
All retirement benefits are paid to my father by municipal corporation,jalandhar e.g. Provident fund,Leave encashment and pension on behalf of 35 years of service.
But till date, municipal corporation jalandhar is not providing the full gratuity benefit.
question 1 : who is responsible to pay gratuity amount on attaining superannuation / Retirement?
question 2 : By which ruling or law, laibilty to pay gratuity amount; can be fixed on employer from where the employee retires

Dear Sir,
I was using American Express Credit Card for almost 5 to 6 years, everything was going well, after demonetization, my money got struck, i cant able to pay the amount of Rs.525000/= + interest, Total Amount of Rs.860000/= approx,now they are asking to pay 50% of this, approx Rs.425000/=, I told them that i can able to pay upto 3,00,000/= in installment. they send me Lok Adalath notice, i cant able to attend that day, if i dont pay whatever they said, is there a chance, they will take legal action or arrest me.

Respected Experts,
What I understand is Perjury can be filed only on sworn affidavit. Now what is the meaning of Sworn affidavit ? Normal reply with affidavit filed by wife can be considered sufficient for filing Perjury if she has lied in it or Husband should wait for her Examination in chief ?
(I have been suggested by lawyers to wait for examination in chief. However, i wish to file it at earlier based on her written statement which is also on affidavit.)
Kindly suggest.

We got simple married in Court in 23Oct'18 as girl was from single mother.When we met before marriage, i had joined as Scientist at Australia, good salary in july'18 but after marriage girl showed abnormal conduct, shouting loudly in public, insulting me. She left her matrimonial home, on many occasions, after fighting with me.This disturbed my life as I could't focus on job, so my services were terminated in November. On one occasion I rang up at 100.My family reputation spoiled. Had recording, where she telling I should leave my elderly payment.She left home after fight on 17/3/19 and had not returned back. She had celebrated New Year, Holi, My Birthday without me.She's not returning.home. Insisting shall come, when I get job and leave parents. I have come to know She getting treatment for anxiety. In 2016 She attempted suicide, MLC registered, got treated at Hospital Please advice.

I am a business man. I have recently built my godown in which on first floor and second floor I construct 10 rooms in which some rooms are for my labour and also given on rent basis in which some are families and bachelors. My opposite neighbors of 3 houses ( all are of 1 family ) always try to quarrel, but I never give any response to them as they feel jealous because I have given room to the labour in front of their residential houses. Today, 1 of them teases one of the girl living on the first floor and when she argued with him they starting abusing her and her mother and sisters also. They are using many vulgar words and some one throw a stone which hit that girl. And hit the main gate of the stairs to the first floor many times. By chance I was also there at that time and I told her to make all the recordings of abused and vulgar words which she recorded. And I call on 100, in the mean time PCR came and within time Councillor and ex Councillor of the ward also reach there and told me to make all the rooms vacant as they are blaming that a brothel is running in my building, which is totally false. Even the ASI of the near Police station came on the call of Councillor and he was threatening me to make all the rooms empty with in 2 days. These people are compelling the Councillors there is not any vote of me and my labour in this area, so told them to vacant all the room. Before constructing this building, the same family was residing there only from 3 years, at that time they don't object. But know I have made 10 rooms, so thats why the are feeling jealous.
So what should I do know, even the PCR, ASI, Councillors etc. are taking their sides, please guide me

Hi, can anyone tell me that when it is written as 'Judgement Reserved' in NCDRC, but no mention of the DATE on which the Judgement shall be pronounced, then how to know the Date ??
I was not present for the hearing in NCDRC as the 'Opponent' for a Review Petition filed by my Opponent, and I don't want to talk to the opponent's advocate. (I am fighting my own case in Consumer Redressal Forum.)

I am a Keralite NRI who bought land in Trivandrum, my wife's native place. The property is held jointly in the name of my wife and I. In my absence, my neighbours erected an electric post and placed the support line of that post into my property when they could have set it on their own property without my consent and in my absence. How can I have this support line removed from my property and have it placed in their own property?

I am thinking to by bdd chawl at Naigaon ...but I come to know that transfer of name is stopped . One officer of PWD told that U take wen transfer policy will come I will transfer but I told what ABT builder ....he told nothing to do with builder , it is between you and government. Some people are telling transfer of name will be after 10 year.......plz guide me what to do

OBC Non Creamy Layer certificate query
I am a candidate of Tgt post in Delhi Govt, I got final appointment letter and I fight under OBC candidate and I have a valid Non Creamy Layer certificate of current financial year because my father is an ASI in Delhi Police whose income is below 800000/-
But during final document verification, board asked me to show back date non creamy layer certificate before the date of 30/01/2018. I told them on that time I filled form on the basis of my OBC certificate which made on dated 24/11/2014 because in my obc certificate it already mentioned I am belongs from non creamy layer section. But they are not ready to listen me and reject my candidature. Please help me out
