Orders passed by a Court which have not been signed by the Judge and which
have been ordered to be drawn up; and all orders passed by the Registrar-General and
ordered to be drawn up, shall be signed by the Registrar-General and shall bear the
seal of the Court.
I have few questions on above rule of high court
is it true that some order/s are NOT signed by judge and if the answer is Yes then why ?
Who will sign this order/s ( if possible this is under which Law)
reading above rule is it possible that registrar general will sign order on behalf of high court judge ?

I bought the Volkswagen Ameo 1.2 Comfortline DL1CAB2470 at the rate Rs 502713, But RTO registration charges is calculated at 647000, It should be calculated on 502713, Same car my Sister in Law purchased in Vadodara where the RTO charges is calculated on 431942. I am sending you the document for your reference.
I have concern on car value considered for RTO registration charges, Do rto consider different value in states, what should I do in this case, I talk to showroom they told me in Delhi exshowroom price is considered for registration charges irrespective of its selling price, please advise it is acceptable as per law

An official in a company was falsely implicated in a criminal case by his colleague and the case went for 3 years finally acquitting the official beyond all reasonable doubts. Mean while his company basing on criminal case conducted an internal enquiry and gave him compulsory retirement though he is due for superannuation in 2021. As such he became jobless for past 6 years. After acquittal from criminal case in 2016 he filed a defamation suit in march 2017 against his colleague who falsely implicated in criminal case. The defamation case run for 2 years and finally dismissed. It was mentioned in the judgment "the sole ground for claiming damages, alleging of defamation is not the finality of the judgment. It is the own version of the petitioner that even before the judgment was given in the criminal case, on his arrest by the police and his detention in the judicial custody was made the ground for his termination from the service. Further the judgment rendered by the criminal court is not on the allegations of defamation under sec.499 IPC. Will this stand if an appeal is made in High Court ? If so can any expert take up the case at Hyderabad ?

Mam, I am tenant since 1989. House is around 55 years old. (Landlord was deceased years ago before 1980, having no straight owner, but other sisters of landlord)
It's a 2 stories building having 3 tenant.
I am on GF paying regularly rent by cheque (since last 3 years) with out any receipt.
On SF tenant is relative of landlord, paying monthly without any receipt.
On TF tenant is not coming & paying any rent / municipal taxes.
Now landlord (society of cast) want to sell the same to me with tenant.

Sir,
My Manager marked Loss of pay in HRMS in system as I did not join the duty because I was suffering from loose motion. I have prescription of doctor also. And I have applied for grant of medical leave for two days .But the department is not willing to accept it. I remained offduty only for two days. Have I got protection on it. Can I file a case against my manager who marked loss of pay without any rhyme and reason. If yes, what is the procedure? And where the case will be filed.

I have applied for a reissue of my passport. In my previuos passport the name of my wife was mentioned as Anukrati Mishra and in the new application i have mentioned as Anukrati Jain
Will this lead to rejection of my passport

Pls. inform me last date of claiming itc for F.Y. 2017-2018 & F.Y.-2018-19 . If I file Late i.e after 20.04.2019. of March'2019 Return then can I Claim ITC of F.Y.-2017-18 or not ?

Contempt under 39 2a
Sirs,
I changed lawyers, consulted number of lawyers and retired judges but could not get proper answer. I am now facing contempt charges under 39 2a vide interlocutory application in a declaration suit instituted by a firm. No reply filed by me /my lawyers. Contempt Application filed by plaintiffs in 2016, came up for hearing in 2018.
Court is not disposing off the application, neither any notice issued on me. Nor giving judgement.
Contempt Application was filed by plaintiffs after giving pw and all issues proved otherwise for plaintiffs as obvious from witness statement filed by surviving partner.
Both sides lawyer remaining absent.
I personally went for hearing and judge told me there is contempt application with provisions of punishment against you and come with your lawyer. Against above back drop my query is
1) interlocutory application is not numbered
2) suit is instituted by a unregistered firm of two partners and one partner died( no legal heir named) and current contempt application is signed by only surviving partner and not by both partners as other no more.
Disputed contract leading to declaration suit is in the name of the firm and not in the name of the partners.
Is suit tenable.
