ABC SINGAPORE WILL l billTto INDIAN BASE CUSTOMERS in $

so billing from Singapore delivery in India.

we will be getting PDC from our customer for such billing if customers default can same be recoverable u/s. 138

Regarding selling mortgage property

Dear Sir
Our company has taken loan from a bank , they have auctioned once ,but it didn't happened , we have started selling the property in installment way , and we are depositing in the bank loan account , after this we are registering the property to the buyers , without permisiion of the bank. is it legal?

Regarding cheque bounce and charge sheet

have 2 questions. kindly help

1) if I file cheque bounce case, the other party has to pay 50% immediately as per new rules? what does the rule say?

2) after filing FIR, in how many days charge sheet has to be filed by police people? any time limit for this?

Is there any actions taken by employer on absconded employe?

Dear Experts,

I have absconded from a mnc employer after 15 days service without informing my HR and manager. I am a lateral employee.
As they have put me in lower level team where my knowledge will be downgrade and i will not learn new techniques and my skill set not matching with offered team level.
Meanwhile a mnc employer offered me a job with good work project and designation and with good salary package too.
They want immediate joiner so i have to abscond from my current job.
But good thing is that i have not hide anything about my current job from my offering company's HR recruiter and he is aware all about this.
However when i checked EPF account i can see employer name from where i am absconded.
So based on above information please answer my below points.
1. On 30th apr i will receive my 15 day salary as well as 15k joining bonus from company, so will they try to recover this amount from me?
2. As mentioned above only my recruiter knows as i have shared about my absconded termination verbally, so if in case any other person from HR team or any other team will get to know that i have absconded( may be from EPF portal as i have shared UAN number with both the companies), will there be any chances of job loss in my newly joined company?
3. I have planned stop going office from 1st may after receiving my 15 day salary, so will i need to answer the call from my manager or reply to his mails or text messages if any,
Or i can simply ignore my manager or HR spocs.

Mortgaging the leasehold rights

Dear Sirs,

I am writing to seek your advise on the write up mentioned in the Lease Deed, I am having agriculture land around 0.5 acre and all other surrounding land owners are also giving land for lease.
The lessee is interested to built warehouse, hence he approaching land owners for lease. Presently land is using for agriculture.

In the lease deed, it is mentioned like..
(POWER TO RAISE LOANS: The Lessee shall be entitled to raise loans/borrow money from financial institutions i.e., Banks, Financiers, Financial Companies and/or other Financial Institutions by mortgaging its leasehold rights in the Schedule Property. However there shall be no liability on the Lessors in regard to any such debts or borrows.)

Is this Mortgaging land leasehold rights is legal? Does this safeguard Land owners in case of any default by lessee, what are the impacts on Land owners from mortgaging leasehold rights.

How to challenge fake will in the court and types of will?

Hi, my uncle has prepared a fake will on Rs. 100 bond with the name of my grandfather saying transfer the whole property to him only. How could I challenge the will in the court. Is any medical test is allowed in the court to check truthness of the people who signed on the will as witness? One of the sign is of person who already died and one he picked from road side. The reason I am saying the will is fake is when my whole family was out of station for hollydays my uncle has get wrong death certificate of 2000 where as my father has original and actual is of 1986. Later he did affidavit on Rs. 100 bond saying I am only the child to my parents and as I have attached death certificate of my father transfer property to my name and got transfered the property with his name at city survey. When we come to know about this, we raise objection in Municipal corporation saying we are also heirs of the person, the property is named with. As he come to know about our objection he prepared a fake will for 1970 which is signed by my grandfather but, as per my knowledge my grandfather never could have make will saying transfer all the property to one son only. I am enough confident that the will is not signed by my grandfater, as I already mentioned earlier one witness is already died and another has
signed just to create problems for me. What are the ground from where i could challenge the will in the court.

If the secretary has resigned and in absence of the secretary,then who has the authority to transfer share certificate of a said flat.

How many days will it take for a subdivision of sy.no in ap?

Survey No 128/2 is of 7.76 acres Purchased By A,B,C,D from X in 1967.

A purchased 2 acres.
B purchased 2 acres.
C purchased 2 acres.
D purchased 1.76 acres.

D sold 1.76 acres in the form of plots by converting land use into Non Agriculture.

Now, C wants to sell his 2 acres in the form of plots by converting land use into Non Agriculture.

but customers asked for subdivision of sy.no 128/2 for registration to avoid confusion of 7.76 acres.

C applied for sub division in meeseva.

revenue officers came for site visit.
they prepared Sub division statement as 128/2 divided into 128/2A is of 5.76 extent and 128/2B is of 2 Acres. they took signatures from neighbour boundary farmers in statement.

for this process 80 days are gone.

still sub division is not done in online.

it is showing as 128/2 in online.

C is visiting regularly Mro office and they said file is pending before collector.
after signing by collector, sub division will be completed.

how many days will revenue people take for subdivision process?

our customers are demanding for registration. we have taken advances from them.

please advice.

Natioanal highways compensation

Respected Sirs,
my land was acquired by the National Highways authority for NH Project, Not only me in my village around 30 to 40 persons land acquired in the year 2011. The award received from the Competent Authority cum Spl District Revenue Officer on 2012. We have protested the compensation since it was very low. the Competent Authority directed to appeal before the District Collector as Arbitrator as per the NH Act.

So i have appealed to the Arbitrator ,not only me so many of them are appealed to the Arbitrator. our Appeals are pending before the Arbitrator. In this situtation very few 5 or 6 my neighbour land owners of our village has got the higher market value awared from the arbitrator , they got the order through some other way. I came to know that the higher market value has awarded for my neighbour land owners, so I also submitted a requisition petition to the Arbitrator, that award the same markat value to my land also. the petition also in pending.
In this situation the Project Director of National highways has filed counter to my petition that I do not have right to claim same award as like my near by land owners. The project Director also stated that it is there wish to award the compensation the land owners, I do not have right to ask same compensation as like the neighbour land owners.

In this situation i do not know whether I can claim same award as like my neighbour land owners or not

I am requesting you kindly tel, is there any Judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court or Hon'ble High Court, that the equal compensatiion to award neighbour land owners also, if any judgment is available pls kindly provide the case number and year, if you have the PDF of that Judgment pls provide.
