Will registration by and notary

Kindly excuse me for posting as anonymous

Dear Experts,

One of my Friend is in UK, he is executing a Will for his Indian Properties from there (UK).

1. My first question about Apostille of the will, should it be done by Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) or from Embassy.
2. Second question is his properties are located in Ahmedabad, if he issue a Special Power of Attorney in the name of a local Indian person, by this if the Will can be registered with Local Sub-Registrar Office by the person authorised without my friend’s personal presence.

Appreciate your prompt reply.

Lien from present employer

Respected Sir,

I had applied for a JOB in UPSC through SSC examination. I forgot to intimate my present employer about the application but I had intimated in my leave application while going for document verification. Now my present employer which is an autonomous body is refusing me for lien on the ground that I did not intimate earlier.

So Can I get lien on the basis of leave application intimation.

Na layout query

Dear Sir,
Good Morning. This is with reference to layout
made in the year 1981. Recent 2017 development plan of city indicates 2 nos of Primary School(P.S) for which plotting was done in 1981. But layout which I have got from one of the sale deed shows only 1
primary school. How to get confirmation about this .
Also when I looked for property cards, there are 4 open spaces according city survey which was done
in year 1999 where still my grandfathers name is present for 2 open space. But sale deed layout show
only 2 open space whose addition is 6000 m2. In layout of sale deed these 2 extra open space are plot
no 41 and 43 which have been acquired . My question is CITY SURVEY DATA AUTHENTIC OR 7/12 PRESERVED BY TALATHI ?

Thanks

Regards
